Guests commented on the beautiful flowers over and over again. The owner, Mike, has a well-developed clientele in the area so you can get lots of references. He also has a small team of perfectionist, creative artists backing him up. He's super talented, so much so that when my daughter-in-law became overwhelmed with all the wedding planning she finally just said to him that she had this much money and she wanted these colors and these flowers and she would trust his artistic talents with the rest. Well, not only was that a burden off all our shoulders and one less thing to worry about, Mike did not fail to come through! The arrangements were nothing less than breathtaking. He also went to the trouble to make gorgeous magnolia garlands for the two fireplaces in the hall and bedecked them with little lights - so subtle and lovely. Once we turned everything over to him, we never worried about it again and he was completely thorough on the wedding day, taking care of all things floral in a most professional manner. Both church and banquet hall were absolutely beautiful. This is a great business to work with, and I highly recommend them.

From our very first consultation, Charles was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and detail-oriented. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and even made suggestions that elevated the final outcome beyond the practicality of what we had imagined. He worked with the unique layout of our backyard, and the final product is sturdy and secure enough to handle our pitty who tries to climb it often. She was upfront about cost, and if I asked her opinion on something, she told me the truth! I really missed her when we weren't meeting with her every week. After her we got to work with Steve Endress the contractor. He also was amazing. So easy to deal with and always available for a question or concern. His crew is top notch and the work they do is incredible. We did a big renovation that included knocking a wall down, putting in new floors and re-doing a powder room.

This company has been a continual disappointment…read more We started the kitchen remodel process with a budget of $50,000 in January 2021. The design team was fantastic, and got us what we wanted within budget. That's where the good part ended. We waited 12 weeks for cabinets to arrive, and had been told prior to contract signing that the project with full demo, gut, new cabinets, countertops, and backsplash would finish in 5 weeks. We were told that the company was careful and would not demo the kitchen until all supplies were available. After 1 week of demo, we were told that the wrong sink base was sent, and we were on hold until the cabinet manufacturer sent a new sink base. That led to a 6 week hold on our project, with no kitchen for our family. Install was a nightmare. The team cut the crown molding upside down, built a new soffet that was visually out of true, had to re-tile the backsplash for it being initially installed crooked, cut the sink front with cut lines past 90 degrees, and could not install the Le Mans cabinet pullout correctly without me showing them the installation .pdf on the manufacturer website. The installer told us it would rub, and that was the "best he could do". They drug the upper cabinets across a dirty floor covered in drywall plaster and scratched the cabinet bottoms, which we had paid extra to be painted. Nicely Done had to call out a furniture restoration company and replace several cabinets which were beyond repair. Overall the five week project took 11+ weeks to complete. I'm writing this review because we called them back to fix the grout line between the countertop and backsplash, which cracked after 4 months. The same install team showed up and did a poor job of cleaning the old grout, and began using clear silicone instead of the color matched silicone. I'd rather go to Home Depot myself and do the job correctly than deal with them again. I'm done with the laziness of the project managers and install team. I asked point blank at the final walkthrough if we didn't pay enough money to get a better quality product. For $50K, this company leaves a lot to be desired. There's continually a polite excuse, but at the end of the day, they are happy to take your money and do a poor job. Look elsewhere for your remodel needs.

When I arrived, a kind woman answered all my questions and walked me over to find exactly what I was looking for instead of just pointing me in the right direction. After I paid, a young man walked me to my car and loaded my plants neatly with a bag to keep everything clean. What meant the most to me as someone starting their very first garden is that no one made me feel silly for being a beginner. They were patient, encouraging, and genuinely helpful. That kind of welcoming environment makes all the difference when you're just learning. I will absolutely be back. They're also incredibly informative and helpful. I recently purchased some herbs from Ed's and their team meets you at the entrance to try to guide and assist you. It's a nice touch. Once you move on to the area where the herbs are, other folks will assist you there as well. Additionally, the selection of herbs is superior and more varied than what you'd find in the nearby home stores. Ed's also carries a ton of flowers - fortunately they are around to answer questions because the selection can be overwhelming. Bottom line: there is no better place in the area for landscape that beats Ed's. Even for Christmas trees or herbs.
