Not only is the quality of their work poor, their customer service is abhorrent. I went into their…read moreshoppe to design three flower arrangements for my husbands wake and funeral. The consultation went well and I expected to receive what I paid for. Unfortunately, one display featuring calle lilies was diseased with holes and spots on the petals. I first saw them one hour after delivery, it was clear they used inferior product. Another display was entirely the wrong size and ruined our memorial display for my husbands urn. I visited their shop with the hopes of an apology and explanation. Instead I was treated rudely with yelling, lied to and accused of asking for the wrong sizes. Due to a long illness, my husband and I had time to plan his funeral and memorial services and we were detailed in our planning. It is heartbreaking that I was unable to honor his final wishes because Petal Pushers did whatever they wanted and took advantage of my time of grief and tried to pass off poor quality flowers while charging more than $500 for three arrangements. I find the owners response disgusting and I will never get another chance to say farewell to my husband the way we planned. I hope no one else has to experience what my family did. Please reconsider using this business.

Before going in I decided to read a review of this place, and what I read shocked me so much that I almost decided to leave and go somewhere else, but I'm one of those people that like to see to believe, so I went in. I scouted the shop for a little bit looking for "inferior products" to no avail. I finally decided to go with a white flower puppy arrangement because the puppy I had got her for our anniversary looked exactly the same. Needless to say she received the arrangement and was extremely happy with it. I went back to thank the florist personally and assured her I would always use this business in the future. I would recommend this flower shop to everyone, simple as that.

I have had the great good fortune of having Mary's Flower Shop within 5 minutes of my home…read more Whenever I have received a floral arrangement from Mary's is has been gorgeous. I always send a picture with my thanks to whoever sent the arrangement to me. Recently, I had to visit Mary's Shop to arrange for baskets of wildflowers to be prepared for our daughter's celebration of life service. Meeting with Ruth, the arranger of the pieces, I gave a sketchy idea of what I hoped each piece would look like. On the morning of the event, I went to the funeral home to check on everything. I was absolutely taken aback by the gorgeous pieces of floral art work produced by Ruth and Mary's Flower Shop. The comments offered by many of our friends and family concerning the beauty of the baskets were in awe of not only the artistic presentation of the arrangements but also for the selection of the individual flowers chosen by Ruth. Each basket measured about 2-3 ft wide and about 4 ft high. Words can not come close to expressing our appreciation for the effort and the quality of the work done by Mary's Flower Shop. Years of experience, attention to customer satisfaction, and simply a love for their work makes Mary's Flower Shop the best in our area.
