I was assured that it would be held for me and not canceled. I went the next day to pick up and they had canceled it. The manager/supervisor then told me they have to cancel the order, no exceptions, didn't seem to care. She said I could purchase the items again with a price match from my original order. So I attempted to do so and the other salesperson could not find my order in the computer because it had been canceled. All in all a huge waste of time. It shouldn't be a problem to hold an order an extra day. Nor should it take 10 minutes to find someone's order in the system. With time to get there and then waiting to leave with nothing I wasted over an hour of my time.

Today's visit felt a little different though as soon as I opened the doors it felt clean like operating room sterile type clean which I appreciated! However it also felt very sparse the aisles and racks that are usually over flowing with products were very neat and very limited! I couldn't tell if they were limited due to low inventory or if they were limited for COVID reasons? Jury is still out on that one! During the check out portion of my visit there were bottles of hand sanitizer everywhere! The employees sprayed the counters down in between each transaction! Not only were the employees were mask but they had a barrier of plexiglass to help keep them safe! Overall I appreciated the measures the store took to keep its employees and customers safe. I would've have enjoyed more inventory to choose from though!

There is usually no line when I visit in the morning, which was the case today (04.10.25). I would suggest going early as I have waited up to 20 mins when visiting in the late afternoon and evenings. This is likely due to there being only one person staffing the return area. My items have always been bagged, labeled and placed in a box alongside other returns. Compared to other return drops, I find that I receive notice from Amazon sooner when using this Kohl's location. Improvements could be made to the organization of the area. It's cluttered and lacks an apparent organizational flow. I have not, however, had any returns go missing or unaccounted for. I'll continue to use this location when convenient.

I was but I advised the sales associate I was not so I could take my time and look around in a determined fashion. The fear of missing something by going directly to what I was looking for seems like I would be cheating myself. Thankfully they had the hoodie I was looking for and I made my way to the register. The young lady who rang me up was cool. She made a small talk as she rang me up and made sure I was satisfied with my visit. The store is well organized and clean so browsing the selection is easy and stress free. The store is located by the main entrance of the mall nestled in between Starbucks and The North Face.
