I've been to this location twice and purchased 4 pair of shoes from Merrell in Arundel Mills.

So my show journey ended with my visit here. I did not expect it to end here because I chalked this…read moreplace up to be another Shoe Dept. But one of my colleagues suggested that I give this spot a try. Compared to the other shops, I was surprised that they had a huge selection. This store doesn't look big from the outside, but it sure is on the inside. It felt like aisle after aisle of a good mix of all brands. I went up and down the aisles to look at styles and found a style I liked. I was in luck here, I found a style and my journey was coming to an end. On top of finding a style I liked, they were having a sale that I could buy one and get one half off. Needless to say, I got two of the styles in different colors and headed to the counter. The big thing here that irked me was the line at the register. There was a full on line for checkout with only one register open. The employee was working as quickly as she could, but what was off putting about it was that there was another employee mere feet away. Acting like he was blind and couldn't see the line while going through shoes at the counter.

So I walked in about an hour before closing just to look around. I saw some cute ugg-type shoes…read more(but much nicer than uggs) and tried them on for fun. I loved them. But the shoes were display shoes and the actual boxes of shoes were not around. So here is the fun part. Even though there were 3 employees in the store, and I was the only customer, I could not get help. I even found a 2nd pair that I wanted to buy on the spot as well, but again it was out of place and it is a huge store so I didn't know where the corresponding boxes stacked by size were. I also had a question as to whether both were part of the buy-1-get-1-half-off special, but honestly I like them so much I would have bought them anyway. 1 guy was on his head phones and gave me instructions not to bother him until I found what I wanted. Another guy pointed at something and then ran to the back to straighten or something. And a girl, another employee there, ignored be even though I said "excuse me" three times to get her attention. After I gave up and walked away, the girl looked up, looked at me like I was crazy to try to talk to her, and gave me the Gen Z stare on steroids after I was half way across the store. As I said, I was the only customer in the store. I realize none of those kids wanted to be there, or wanted to work, and were probably trained by mgmt to ignore customers and just straighten or get ready for closing an hour ahead of time, but I finally gave up and left. Maybe I'll order them online, or from another Off Broadway, or find look-alikes elsewhere since everyone is selling pretty much the same styles. Gee, I wonder why in-person sales are down? Just close the effing stores if you don't want to sell anything.

I used to really enjoy this store but it seems, at least as of March 2025, they have eliminated…read moretheir plus size offerings. Nike isn't known to be the most size inclusive but there were at least a few racks dedicated to sizes 1x - 3x. On my most recent visit, even XLs were few and far between. Yikesssssss.

Not bad at all. I came here on Black Friday....pretty much asking to be a glutton for punishment…read more lol. As you can probably guess, it was a madhouse and very crowded! But, surprisingly the store was fully stocked, well organized and full of great stuff. I bought two pair of shoes, a couple of running shorts, gym gear and a hat for less than $120 bucks! Talk about a deal...Anyone who knows about a Nike store, you can pay that price for just one pair of shoes or hoodie alone!! LOL! The floor plan is open which is great for accommodating large crowds, and this place tends to get crowded for sure but, what I've noticed is that the lines at check out move fast and they tend to have a good rotation of inventory. There were a couple of items on the floor where I needed a different size and one of the staff members were able to check their stock and pull the size I needed from the inventory room. I really appreciated that as to he could've been lazy, and not even bother to put forth the effort, giving that the store was so crowded. In all, easy to shop because of the set up and attentive staff. Also, great prices and return policy. The store is large, clean with lots of rotating stock and items for a factory outlet store. Will definitely come back. * YELP ELITE TIP: Get the Nike app and sign-up/become a Nike Insider Member for 15% percent off your first purchase, monthly exclusive deals, sale offers and a 20% off special discount for your Birthday!
