I absolutely love the name of this store. It's not only clever, but an ominous message before you walk into the store. It is a simplistic store. White walls, everything is bright, all that you see are shoes and some small selection of other items. What really put me on edge here was the fact that there is really no signage. Shoes are on both sides of the space, but you have no idea what you are really looking at. For those that want to know, new shoes are on the right side of the store, used shoes are on the left side of the store. What even complicates this a bit more is the fact that the employees are not helpful in the least and when you ask a simple question you are approached with a 'why are your bothering me' attitude. Ask for a size and you are greeted with a 'you should have known how to tell if we had a size' attitude. I guess you are suppose to know as soon as you walk in that you can scan the shoe with their fancy iPads and it will tell you if they have the shoe. Also, this is how you find out that some of the shoes you are looking at are used. We stopped in here twice while in the mall, but ended up feeling rather burdensome to the employees in the store, so we chose to not shop here. read more

Poor quality resells and even worse customer service. 50% markup on shoes and you get a ripped up box or cut off box top or worse poor knockoffs. Actual sneaker heads would never shop here. Also management have poor attitudes as if they're doing you a favor by allowing you to shop in the store. Much better served by driving a little further to Towson or in to PG. read more

I wouldn't even give this store a one star.. went in to sell a pair of brand new dunks & as I'm coming in to the store I see two associates one was busy helping customers (which I'm not complaining about) the other one "Cort" seen me come in and quickly walked away.. I kid you not he just started straightening shoes on the floor didn't greet me as I came in, I definitely felt them not trying to make eye contact but I don't understand why cause it's just me and one other customer in the store. I had to ask the busy associate if he was too busy to help me and then boom Cort comes to help after I had to say that aloud. It doesn't stop here, I'm asking Cort if they buy shoes since there is no signage saying they buy or trade and he says "depends on what you got" I understand they not going to buy every shoes but I wanted a clear answer a yes or a no. I'm showing him my shoes and the first thing he want to ask is if they are brand new like I already said they're new it's like he wanted to find a reason not to buy and then when that didn't work he says they have too many dunks that they going to hold off. I wasted time coming here because not only was their customer service poor they don't even have a phone number to call ahead of time to just save customers from a horrible experience.
