I was almost immediately greeted when I entered the store and was asked if I was looking for anything in particular. The store associate showed me a couple of options for what I was looking for, and then when I searching through the stack of pants, another store associate came over and asked if I needed help finding a particular size. I found the size, but not in the color I wanted, and she offered to go into the back and see if she had the color I was looking for. Everyone was super helpful and accomodating. The dressing room attendant even asked how everything worked out and took the items I didn't like in a really nice way. To top it off, I accidentally left something I purchased at another shop in the dressing room by accident, and the dressing room attendant ran out to give it to me. Great service! So I went up to buy some pants and they were like half off what was on the price tag. Maybe I missed the discount sign where the pants were- but it was a VERY welcome surprise when I got to the register. All in all, wouldn't hesitate to shop here again. In fact, I've been once or twice before this particular occasion I'm writing about and found a really cool rain jacket.

Strangely my order didn't give a breakdown of how much was on the GC and how much was charged to my card, so Matt allowed me to just refund it all back to my card but (of course) I forgot my CC. I came back several days later, expecting to explain everything all over again, but instead they still remembered me and my discussion with Matt. I never write reviews but their level of attentiveness is just impressive (especially since nowadays good service seems nearly impossible to find). I will definitely be shopping at this LLL from now on.

Almost immediately an associate met me at the door, and helped in a friendly, attentive manner. I was looking for professional attire and I appreciated their input - I really wanted to purchase the wonderful, colorful tweed outfit that was suggested, as the clerk took note of my own personal tastes - but opted for a black ensemble instead. Another associate helped with shoes and accessories. The items are pricey, but you can feel good about looking good, and the quality is there. While I visited during the later hours - perhaps closer to closing, not sure of the exact time - the store was quiet and clean; with an associate buzzing about, tending to mannequins and folding clothes. I was thoroughly pleased by my visit, the purchase, and the overall experience.

On one visit, we received excellent service even though there seemed to be only one person helping everyone in the back (at least, in men's department and shoes). Russell greeted us as soon as we came into the store and helped us find exactly what we were looking for (a shirt for my son). I also found another great pair of shoes. I'm so glad we decided to stop by here after being disappointed from a very poor experience at Nordstroms.... On a subsequent visit, customer service was not as stellar and we were not helped while looking around (although we were at least greeted at the front). Thank goodness for those at J Crew who still know how to treat customers with some kindness!

The selection was better even than the stores in the larger cities I've been to like Boston Manhattan Miami and honestly it was even better than Vuori's own online store. The selection was just as good as the service they had everything I was looking for in my sizes and seem to be able to get anything else I had questions about that even online customer service team said I would need to order this store was to provide it for me that day in person at a deal that seemed almost too good to be true! Usually you can only get these kinds of prices on Black Friday so maybe it was just my lucky day but I spent a little bit north of $300 and I've never been happier with a shopping experience in my life.
