Kind of a small store. The sale section is slim for both female and male clothing. You can have your pants hemmed. Most of the time the staff here don't really acknowledge you. The selection here is pretty limited. I needed to online shop for things that I was looking for. Workers in there have the absolute most stank attitude which is ridiculous considering they chose to work there like nobody is forcing them to be employed. I walked in today and instead of being greeted, an employee proceeded to stop what she was doing, look me up and down, then continue about her merry day. No greeting or even a smile. I had a lovely shopping experience at this store thanks to Chloe, Lisa, and Jen's assistance. Chloe explained to me how different fabrics and cuts differ for each items and it really helped elevate the shopping experience. I especially appreciated her assisting me with ordering items unavailable in-store to get shipped to my home instead. This enabled me to purchase everything I wanted all in one go in the correct sizes and colors thanks to that. It's nice not having to compromise by buying something that otherwise fits but I'm not crazy about the colors and vice versa. I totally went home 100% happy. I also found out that Lululemon is dog-friendly! I had no idea until Chloe told me I can bring in my pooches. Matt is my Lululemon superhero. Ok... maybe that's a bit hyperbolic... Matt is my Lululemon hero - there... that's about right. So I bought a pair of Lululemon pants online, and I put them on and they just didn't fit quite right. And when you're paying that much for pants... you want them to fit... just right. So I went onto their system and put in for a return where I could ship them back. Little did I know that this store even existed at the time! It's literally like 4 minutes from my home, I would have originally just decided to drop them here. But I thought the closest Lululemon to me was on Bethesda Row #MDBurbsKnowledgeFail #Embarassing. In any event, when I went to print out the shipping label that Lululemon had generated... it just showed a broken image. So I was like... uhh... what? About a week or so goes by (by this time it's like past the 30 day return policy) but I contact Lululemon Live Chat on their website and after telling them my deal - they were like "Go into the store, and someone will be able to return your pants there, just explain what happened." But I was like... it's after the return date and I was SO STUPID and took the hang tag off before I tried them on. Like... why did I do that. I'll never know. But the live chat person again was like "Don't worry, they'll help you out." So I screenshotted the conversation and headed into the store. Honestly, I was VERY doubtful that they would even let me return these pants. I had broken two of their rules by now in between the hang tag and not getting them in within 30 days. I go up to the counter and was greeted by Matt... and first just apologize in advance. I'm like... "I'm sorry in advance... I have a bit of a difficult return." Matt was like (paraphrasing) "Tell me what's up." I gave him the low down, showed him the online receipt... and he's like... "yeah you can return them.. don't worry" He even joked as we were looking for other pants that when I said that he thought I had a much harder type of return. But the awesome customer service did not stop there. He took me over to the pants, explained the different types of pants to me, and picked out ones for me to try on that he highly recommended. I tried them on and was... SO happy. They fit perfectly, they feel good, they're super high quality. I mean... these pants are everything. So, I come out and tell Matt the good news and then I started actually asking him about the underwear they had. He explained all the differences to me, talked about the ones he wore (get your mind out of the gutter), and helped me find ones that he felt would work well. NOT TO MENTION that I also asked him about any sales and he let me know about a big sale that they do on boxing day ( since Lululemon is apparently a Canadian Company). But you probably already know that Erin... don't you? Anyways, he's not gonna be there on boxing day cause it's his birthday. Everyone wish Matt a happy birthday! Up and down this experience was pretty much everything you want in a customer service experience. I thought I was gonna go in there and an employee was just gonna shut me down and be like... we can't take these back. And then I just would have had to live with my slightly ill fitting Lululemon pants. The opposite happened. They allowed me to return the pants and Matt put me in ones that make me feel like a million bucks. Coincidentally, that was actually the price of the pants. JK JK I mean... I won't be shopping at Lululemon everyday or for all my clothing (Mike B. aint that flush yet). But like Shelly J said in her review... I want some quality clothing. Clothing that will last a while. I have 2 pairs of American Eagle joggers that I wear quite often. One of the pairs has already separated near the pocket at the seam #FacePalm. This is actually the first thing I've ever purchased from Lululemon. TBH, I thought they only had Women's clothing lol. But, I'm jazzed about the quality and how well they fit. Came here for an online return, and everyone was super helpful and nice. Matt helped me with my return. I purchased my order partially with a gift card, and partially on my CC. Strangely my order didn't give a breakdown of how much was on the GC and how much was charged to my card, so Matt allowed me to just refund it all back to my card but (of course) I forgot my CC. I came back several days later, expecting to explain everything all over again, but instead they still remembered me and my discussion with Matt. I never write reviews but their level of attentiveness is just impressive (especially since nowadays good service seems nearly impossible to find). Having a Lululemon in Downtown Crown is a Godsend. So long Bethesda location! Parking is a breeze. So much parking all over!! Save yo quarters!! First of all the staff here are simply amazing. They all acknowledged my friend and I while we shopped. The store is smaller as their other locations but they had exactly what I wanted. Their new Nululemon pants are just exactly what I needed. For the colder months I needed warmed warmer clothes without the spandex feel. These pants are so comfy!! Only downside is that there is no side pockets. There is plenty of sticker shock in the store but the quality is definitely worth it. I bought tons of work out clothes from TJ Maxxs and Marshalls..In less than 3 months my pants would pill or rip. However my lululemon gear has lasted me for years. I still have my first Lululemon pants in near perfect condition from 5 years ago. Im a yoga fanatic and I needed new yoga outfit and this place had exactly what I needed. Ill definitely return!! read more

Extremely rude and unprofessional sales associates. This is a clothing store where we regularly spend a lot of money, in store and online. It's not some elite country club where the staff are members and everyone else is just visiting. I felt so uncomfortable and not welcomed when visiting this store. I just had the weirdest experience at this specific location. I was making an online return, something I've done plenty of times--including at this location. Someone who appeared to be a manager was very friendly and welcomed us to the desk, and began to help us out. She quickly mentioned that she will need to process the return to the card which had the same 4 digits as what was listed on the receipt, and I mentioned that I had used Apple Pay--she said ok no problem. I tapped my Apple Pay card to complete the return transaction (the same one used for my purchase). She processed the return as usual, but then in a thinly veiled aggressive tone said "I made the return for you this time to give you A GREAT GUEST EXPERIENCE but for future reference, you need to have the SAME CARD with the SAME FOUR NUMBERS." I was very confused since nothing aggressive had happened before this, and I mentioned again that I tapped the same card I used for purchasing my returned item online. She basically said "well on the receipt it ends with xxxx but when you TRULY do Apple Pay it should end with 0000 on the receipt." This is laughable because my father works at Apple HQ and has worked on this technology so I knew she was mistaken, but I gently thanked her for her assistance and reiterated that I don't have a card that ends with xxxx, that was just the mask for my actual card number. She replied "AS I SAID, I MADE THE RETURN THIS TIME ONLY FOR A GREAT GUEST EXPERIENCE." I truly do not know what her problem was, but my husband and I left very confused by her tone and actions. The passive aggressive reiterations that she's providing us a great guest experience while she was berating us unprovoked left us feeling anything but great. Perhaps this manager/employee needs to be educated on payment systems before she uses her lack of knowledge to take her frustrations out on customers. read more

Very large store with incredibly friendly staff! It's so great to have a lululemon option out in the suburbs. Coming during the holidays can get a little crazy - they sometimes have a short line out the door to get in. The staff does a good job at managing crowds. Inventory is pretty good since they're bigger than some other stores. They do a few community events which I love too! Only complaint is that, compared to other Lulu's, their sale rack is usually really small or non existent except the few times where they do it big: Black Friday and Boxing Day. read more

She was friendly and convinced me to try on a pair of leggings that I ended up purchasing. With every purchase you get a lululemon reusable bag. Living in Montgomery County, that will come in handy. I can't begin to tell you what a great experience I had with Erika today. I came in feeling guilty that I had so many items I needed hemmed and she set me right at ease, easily connected with me, and got all of the items done faster than I wanted to stop chatting with her. Based on the clothes, staff, and store cleanliness, I would have given five stars but I was disappointed to learn that, because I was shopping for a birthday present for my sister, lululemon wouldn't honor the 25% military discount. I think this is an absurd policy. I could have walked in and said I was shopping for myself and received the discount, but because I was honest, I didn't. I think this is going to end up doing more harm than good. I do not think I will be back because of this experience. read more

Bought two pairs of Lululemon sweatpants $128/ea for men from the Lululemon website. I was really looking forward to receiving these, I recently started buying their pants and really enjoyed the way they fit and their comfort. When the sweat pants came, immediately tried them on, unfortunately both pairs too short. So I followed instructions on the package slip on how to return them, printed the USPS label, packed them in a box and took it to the post office. 5 days after I mailed them, I got a email confirming they received the package. And then five days after that I received an email saying THE BOX WAS EMPTY and asked if I still wanted to return the pants? Really? So, I explain to them I packed them in a box, sealed the box and mailed it from the post office. Lululemon customer service keeps coming back saying the box was empty and they never received them... if you still want to return them let us know. What in the heck kind of customer service is that? They're calling me a liar! And I'm not a liar I returned the pants, this is absolutely CRAZY. read more
