I mean it was hundreds of name brand sneakers to choose from. I was with my oldest granddaughter and this was our second stop for new shoes. She couldn't find a style she liked at the first store. Well, we had a moment of silence, JK, before looking up and down the rows of sneakers. She tried on several pairs and fell in love with the Reebok's. Now, I have to say that $85 dollars is the going rate for a pair of nice sneakers for a teenager. So, I think it was a good value. This is a clean and well organized store. The service we received was mostly at the checkout counter and that went smoothly. I am really happy to see the big smile on my granddaughter's face as she left with the shoes she loved.

I decided to look at some other options & found these coolass beauties called Lavender Sparkle. They're more of a gray, but they are genuine leather with a super soft suede lining & they are the most freaking divinely comfortable Birks ever! FYI ~ Not all Birks are leather - they offer vegan, eva, & recycled material options as well. I love the little bit of bling the sparkle brings to them & this was a trip well spent, literally. I also got a nice pair of New Balance tennies on sale too. Hey a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do!

Line is brutal and sad. People are dropping things they want to buy. While store features a few good brands, it is useful for trying on if you do not mind undressing in front of others since fitting rooms are locked and finding a willing store associate with keys is not something one can guarantee. If something fits you and you want instant gratification of purchase, you must stay in a line where store associate chats every customer up to demonstrate family like environment while marinating you for an hour waiting. You should consider if you want to wait or better order online. If you decided to buy, then after 20-40 minutes of waiting you are pressured through attack on why you do not want to become a member. REI, I do not want to become a member of this environment exactly because you are not considered about people. Those people in the line behind me want to enjoy their Saturday and you do not care about it. This is all I need to know. It is exactly the environment that I avoid as plaque as it is inconsiderate, often rude, entitled, pushy, and fake. I do not appreciate when you ask me to shut up and let you finish your speech why I must become a member. In a full consultation, they will watch you walk/run on a treadmill, scan your foot, discuss their suggestions, possibly fit you for custom insoles, and bring you shoes to try on. They also have other types of running clothing, gadgets, and fuel as well. Some other reviews have noted that it can take a while to be seen-- this is true, so I try to plan my trip at a less busy hour if possible. I do think they should look into an appointment scheduling system to help combat this (hence why I took away one star from my review). Again, all of my interactions with the staff have been great. Some will try and upsell you more than others. I did go ahead and accept the VIP 19.99/yr membership, as I go through more than one pair of shoes in a year so I do find the benefits to be worth it for me personally. Beware though-- that is only the introductory rate. The next year the membership rate is double the cost.

Nearly a week layer they arrived and I tried to break them in over three days, an hour at a time around the house. No dice-painfully narrow. I took them back, but they still didn't have my size and again tried to sell me shoes too long for my foot! I wound up ordering a wider pair, and now this redo will arrive two days after I leave for my walking vacation. I was denied a VIP discount for a shirt on my second visit... because I was returning the first purchase (even though I replaced it with the second order). Your patience can wear thin on the weekends, this is why I opt or recommend coming here during the week, plus you will get better service from employees. I went during a 50% off everything in the store. I was able to stock up on my sweats, tees, and socks. Usually they have a good inventory. Shoe department is always kept clean. One of my pet peeves is shopping in a shoe department and shoes are on the floor, or the sizes are mixed up. One of my biggest disappointments is not so much in the store, but with Adidas overall, is that their Asiage sandals. The sandals with the massaging beads on the sole and the velcro strap have changed their quality for the worse. My pair are wearing out and I wanted to replace them. The sandals now are very flimsy. If your been wearing Adidas for a long time, you will definitely notice the difference. Very cheap quality yet the price is still the same. Regardless of the sale, I wouldnt buy them. This Adidas outlets is one of my favorites stores at the Clarksburg Outlet.
