I found a really cute pair of tan suede Tahari boots and another pair of peep toe leather boots, both on clearance. That's the most I've found in the two years that I lived near this store, so I decided to keep digging and see how far my newfound luck would take me. Long story short, I left with 5 pairs of beautiful boots, adding a pair of knee-high blue velvet, a pair of green suede, and a pair of grey suede ankle boots to my haul. There was also a crazy sale going on (I think it was an extra 25% off all boots). I also had a few gift cards with a couple of dollars left on them. All told, I spent less than $200 on 5 pairs of fabulous boots. What's really crazy is the $324 that I saved... SAVED!! Unreal! That's what I call a score.

I was not leaving out of the kids' size for the exchange, but because they are no longer on sale, I could not exchange them for the price I paid for them, but I would have to pay the price that they are now. I have never heard of such of a policy. I called the store again and they told me that they cannot override the price. I went back and returned all $450 worth of my purchase, and I paid in cash. Do yourself a favor know this policy bc this is a policy they do not make you aware of. I'm thinking as long as I have my receipt, shoes are not worn I would be good. So not the case. The store employees in Snipes in Montgomery mall, Bethesda MD were horrible with the customer service. I stood at the counter for more than 15 minutes before being helped, said hello to nothing and it was not bc they were busy, I one of two people in the store. They looked over at me and continued to act as if I was not standing at the counter. My family from here to NJ shopped (past tense) in Snipes, that will be no longer. Foot locker, Nike even allows you to return shoes when the little ones grow out of them. SNIPES your policy is unlike any other. I purchase shoes very often for my grandchildren, never again from this place. I know I may only be one customer, but word of mouth I'll be sure to have at least the 40 of my family members who shop there know.

They have apparel and accessories for women, men and children. They have two levels and are located in Pike and Rose. The store itself from what I have observed seldom has sales, however, there is a rack in the back of the Women's section of reduced ticketed items. I also thought it was cool that their fitting room has unisex rooms. Service was great. I was greeted upon entering and asked if I needed any assistance.
