With that said, Tavis somehow went above and beyond all of those experiences this weekend. While we waited, we chatted about how much he enjoyed working at Merrell's Outlet Store and how they treated their employees well. He was an absolute pleasure to interact with and I will be looking for him the next time I swing through. Oh yeah...their Jungle Mocs are literally the world's most comfortable shoe and the sales they have on apparel are amazing!

Well, that I was, disappointed. I came in and the first thing I knew was how little of a selection they had for men's shoes when compared to the women's section. The customer associate on duty was unprofessional and appeared angry for no reason, taking out her frustration on us. This behavior is unacceptable and indicates a need for anger management training. To make matters worse, her actions were not only unprofessional but also exhibited racist behavior, further compounding the negative experience. It was clear that she did not understand what is permissible in customer interactions, contributing to a highly unpleasant shopping experience. I strongly advise against shopping at this location. It's not worth having your mood spoiled over matters for which you are not responsible. As a customer, I am highly disappointed and will not be returning. I have reported this incident to BBB as well. I am hoping the owner of this location takes action on this associate. The other associate (may be 45 yr old man) was more knowledgeable and courteous.

But, surprisingly the store was fully stocked, well organized and full of great stuff. I bought two pair of shoes, a couple of running shorts, gym gear and a hat for less than $120 bucks! Talk about a deal...Anyone who knows about a Nike store, you can pay that price for just one pair of shoes or hoodie alone!! LOL! The floor plan is open which is great for accommodating large crowds, and this place tends to get crowded for sure but, what I've noticed is that the lines at check out move fast and they tend to have a good rotation of inventory. There were a couple of items on the floor where I needed a different size and one of the staff members were able to check their stock and pull the size I needed from the inventory room. I really appreciated that as to he could've been lazy, and not even bother to put forth the effort, giving that the store was so crowded. In all, easy to shop because of the set up and attentive staff. Also, great prices and return policy. The store is large, clean with lots of rotating stock and items for a factory outlet store.
