The friendly and motivating waterfront athletic store is clean and very organized. Ive come to this location in the past but today because they provude discounts to First Responders. I walked around and of course found the clearance that was a deal of pure spending joy. I kind of got carried away but the sales were too good to walk away in addition to the attentive and customer service savvied staff. I got to the counter and overheard the amazing shie sale and yes $20 deals on $150 shoes. Without hesitation the sales guy said whats your size, Ill go get some sale shoes from the back. A big and beautiful store, loaded with lots of great items and some insane sales... I saw some adorable light purple/lavender items and some new shorts and tennis/pickleball skirts inside I loved. As well as a large selection of socks, sweaters, leggings and workout tanks. An equally large selection of men's items were on the other side. Once I got to the back and saw the sale rack I couldn't believe the deals... items already around 50% off were an EXTRA 50% off... I ended up getting some $75 items for $17 with the teacher discount. I'd rather be over Armour than Under it, but that's just me. Kudos for the British style spelling though. This used to be my favorite brand of athletic wear - I had everything all the time by them. Barbi pretty much dresses me and she would get these things for me and that's what I would be relying on. As the prices went up the quality I think went down - especially the comfortable t-shirts. The material changed to something that was just nasty, like Nike (not like Mike bc Jordan wouldn't like it). The sizes were the most annoying thing of all, in that Medium became massive and small became much closer to large and now I can't even get anything tight fitting. It's still a great brand though. But I mainly avoid now, even though I have a couple of nice hoodies by them. I'm shocked that I'm not giving them a 5-star rating. For the most part they deserve it. They have some of the best sports and workout clothes imaginable. Overpriced but still. Very good. They look sexy on boys and girls and they fit great and feel great. However I have to deduct a star from one of my favorite Brands because for some ridiculous reason: they have changed their sizes and the loose fit t-shirts which I really love wearing. It used to be that a small would grip me tightly and show off my physique really well. I don't like baggy shirts. But I love the material of the t-shirts. Well they have changed all their sizes so now small has become medium and is really loose and baggy on me. And since they don't do extra small for men in the stores I had to return a bunch of these shirts and can no longer buy them. So because of this ridiculous decision just to make people with larger bodies think they are smaller sizes (not sure what else it could be) as a response to the massive American, obesity problem, I have to knock a star off of them. As for her, she says: Under Armour is my favorite brand of athletic clothing. When I go running, I always wear UA compression shorts and leggings to keep me comfortable and injury-free. It's hard to find quality compression clothing for women. Their tops and other shorts are also very good and stylish in bright colors. I also love their athletic underwear. They also had a sneaker section where you could actually design your own. The store is brightly lit and you have plenty of options to choose from. In addition they also had large dressing rooms with a touch screen to request a different size or color if you need to. The staff was very helpful and as we walked in we were handed a coupon to use on our shopping which we actually took advantage of ($10 off) not bad! read more

This review is for a specific UA product - the UA Sportmask. Working out with a piece of cloth over your face sucks, literally. Every deep breath pulls that fabric into your mouth and it feels like you can't get any air. When people complain about not wanting to wear a mask because they feel like they can't breath, my first reaction is DEAL WITH IT, but my second reaction is, yeah, they are totally right. Anything more than a slow walk gets your heart and lungs demanding things, things like air, and when you start breathing heavy, well ... that's when the suck starts. I work out a lot and I wear my mask. I started with just a bandana, thinking that would be enough. But it's not, and honestly it didn't stay in place very well. So I went with several different types of mask, but they all got hot and wet and pulled into my mouth when I started working hard. I tried putting a stick next to my nose and across my mouth, to keep the mask from being pulled in, and that actually worked kind of, mostly, some of the time. Don't look at me like that. It wasn't more uncomfortable than a lot of things that happen when I work out. Then I got smart and got a mask made for athletes. Don't judge me. I was raised poor, and didn't have money to throw at problems. I always had to find a way to make due. So a stick in my mask was exactly what my poor brain came up with. But I've got some resources now, so I went to the various sports retailers to see what I could find. The best one, for me, is the UA Sportsmask. It feels kinda like neoprene, but it's a lot lighter and breaths really well. Still gets hot and steamy in there, but it has some shape and stiffness and never gets pulled against my mouth or nose. You can measure your face to make sure you are getting the one that is best suited for you. And it comes in six colors - very important in this day of looking awesome on IG (ha-ha-ha!). Easy to wash, doesn't lose it's shape. The $30 price made me hesitate, but then I decided I deserve to not have to MacGyver every freaking thing I need and I ordered two. I am so glad I did. You deserve to be able to breath with less of a struggle. So try this mask. If you are an athlete and just want to be able to get some air in your lungs, I think you will be pleased. I visited this store twice in 2 days to for shoes and some workout clothes. + Ambiance is upbeat loud music, bright and cheerful environment. + Products were most I've seen....tops, jackets, leggings and I didn't even know they had shoes. Good variety and they change the merchandise often as I was told. I found a running heat tank-top that was soft and moister wicking. + Service is prompt and friendly and helpful. I tried on 3 pairs of running shoes but no cigar. = Prices on the clothes were expensive. Their running shoes were reasonable. = Parking probably is best at the private lot next door. Friendly staff and looks like nice things but a poor review because I knew what I wanted and they cannot deliver. I went in for a face mask to wear to the gym. I was immediately upsild to their "feather light" (the regular ones this athletic company makes are "too hot...you'll sweat"). No issues except I have to "customize" it using the in store UI to detail it. I picked no pattern and no color thru the 7 stage process just to be told I needed to put "stickers" in it and could not order it plain. If you are an Under Armour fan, then this is the place for you. Located on the first floor of the Legg Mason building in Harbor East, this store is easily the brightest spot in the city. As soon as you walk inside, you may need to put your shades on or you may be blinded by fitness gear in all forms of neon. Don't worry, if you aren't a fan of the neon athletic apparel, they have plenty of stuff in black and primary colors. However, the bright neon stuff is really popular right now so you really can't go wrong with that. Men's apparel is on the left, women's on the right, children's is in the back (right for boys and left for girls) and shoes are in the middle with televisions and a sitting area to try them on. Employees are pretty much all over the store and are outfitted in UA from head to toe (as are many customers) and are pretty helpful and friendly when you need to find something in another size/color or just for help in general. I haven't noticed any sales (besides women's underwear 3/$30 which is more of a discount than a sale) but that is not unusual for Under Armour. If you are looking for a discount, then shop online in their clearance section or head over to the factory store in Pasadena because you won't find that here. Got dragged out of bed to come to UA's yearly summer sale. Glad l did. The sale was held in the parking garage of Under Amour's World Headquarters in Canton. My daughter rushed us once we parked and l dragged on because the sale didn't start until 9 and we got their a little after 8. I sure was expecting to be in this long line, which l really wasn't up for as the sun was getting quite hot already. Well l was wrong. A security guard greeted us as we made our way in the garage and guess what? No lines! We were greeted by UA staff and made our way to the racks of athletic wear and tables of accessories. The area was seperated into women, men, and children's apparel. There were long tables of accessories and an area for footwear. There were already folks there milling around with there bags and arms, loaded up with merchandise. I found a few deals for myself. My daughter and husband found some deals as well. There was a DJ blasting music and a food truck was outside setting up. All in all, the selections were good and at decent prices that may have been a tad better than their outlet store prices. The checkout line was well structured and roped to have an orderly line with about 2 cashiers at every register, one to ring items and one to bag, to make the checkout as seamless as possible. We bought 12 assorted items, which included backpacks, mens t shirts, shorts, hoodies and womens tank tops for around $255 and saved (according to the cashier) a total of around $525! On our way out there was a security guard to maintain a watchful eye and as we opened the door there was a mad long line from the entrance of the garage to the end of the outdoor parking lot area....and it wasn't even 9am! Sooo glad we came when we did! Will probably be back for the winter sale.... read more

Nice store, but don't expect discounts. UA outlets have better prices. They had a few local items but not a huge assortment. My son enjoyed the computers where you could build your own shoes! Just know once your kids do that they will be asking you to order them - around $130! Positive in the summer - the a/c was cranking! read more

I came to this Under Armour in high spirits, and in hope of purchasing merchandise. I tell you the level of racial profiling and prejudice I'd experience from the tactical police inside the store was beyond discomforting. As I viewed the wall of shoes, I noticed I was being followed and watched. The same thing happened when I was looking at the track pants. I noticed an officer (which was the same one) over my shoulder pretending to look at the joggers. I caught on to the act and decided that it was time to leave. I refuse to spend my funds where I don't feel accepted. I will say that the few employees that were on the floor were helpful and pleasant. I guess being a minority shopping in Under Armour at this specific location means having a target on your back. POC please be advised not to shop here. read more

If you are into Under Amour, this is your castle. Your first clue is who sweet the main doors are, they look like they weigh as much as a river barge, but are feather light to open. The store is merchandised well, with plenty of displays for the types of clothing and shoes that are for sale. The staff were friendly and attentive. I've always been a fan of UA gear for lounging around the house and working out, so while I was in Baltimore, I figured I would stop by since I needed some new threads and I find it easier to shop in-person than online through UA. Like others have said, this store is quite the experience. There is nothing subtle - everything has some type of pop of color. If you think you'll find simple black or white sneakers, think again. But if you're looking for something that's going to stop traffic (literally, you'll look like a neon traffic cone), this place is it! However, if you ask any of the associates for a particular item that you're looking for, they can always check the back stock area. For instance, I was looking for a simple black or gray quarter-zip running top. The girl that helped me was able to find one in my size and in black and not "neon, that's the only other color it's in." Winning! Figuring I was still in the 'hood and Ravens gear is hard to come by when living in New England, I also wanted to get a UA Ravens shirt. I picked one out, in my normal size (medium, thank you very much) and I was astounded at how big it was. In fact, I ended up having to purchase an XS because the sizes were so off. So, check your sizes. Not a bad visit, but I think I will still wing it and buy UA gear online. read more

This store is all about 'flash,' particularly from the myriad colors of shirts, shorts, and shoes (most definitely the shoes). The rainbow of neon stands out even in the day from all the natural light coming through the large windows and allowed to spread by the high ceilings and light grey walls. (This is a 180-degree difference from a previous Under Armour store I'd been to at a Virginia mall, which was so dark they would probably benefit by passing out flashlights at the door.) Things are set up pretty straightforwardly, with mens wear on the left, womens wear on the right, and shoes in the middle. Prices seemed to be what I expected from a downtown company store, although I was impressed that the shoe prices were about what you'd find for comparative shoes elsewhere. Two things bugged me about this store. First, it's difficult to tell who the salespeople are -- in general, they just seemed to be 'the-people-wearing-Under-Armour-gear' of different types, but since many of the numerous customers (including myself) walked in wearing UA gear, this failed as a useful identification mechanism. And if you do manage to identify them -- other than the ones working the cash register -- they seem more engaged in personal, group conversations among themselves than in watching or wandering the store to see if they can help customers. Second, I was disappointed by the selection. There was a wide selection of the clothes, especially the brightly colored things, but I expected much more of Under Armour's non-clothing gear also, particularly the backpacks that I fail to find at most stores. read more

The UA Brand House is a nice front store for the UA brand. There is absolutely nothing special about it and actually their selection is limited. Of course they have all the shoes there but there is a wider selection of clothing and accessories available at Dick's or Sports Authority. No to mention that you can go online and buy any of this stuff for 40% off. Stop in here just to check it out once to say you've been there. Other than that, dont waste your time. read more

I know you can buy Under Armour clothes just about anywhere, and find a lot better prices online (plus you don't have to fight for parking like you may have to here), but it's worth coming in here as a visitor for the fact that Baltimore is home to this brand. What is fun about this store is that they stock up on fun Baltimore flair items that you couldn't buy in your typical Under Armour store (like UA crab shirts, Natty Boh gear, etc.) I like to pop in once in a while when I'm in Baltimore to see if there's anything new and fun! read more

Love this new branch of Under Armour ~ great location and selection of sporting wear ~ not to mention kick @ss dressing rooms. The location is excellent - 700 S. President Street which is very conveniently just a short walk from the Charm City Circulator - Orange Route stop. The large glass doors beckon you into a world of fashionable sporting clothes and reward you with a sense of grand accomplishment just for considering a pair of $60 yoga capris. Several sales associates greeted me and offered to assist my search for the perfect yoga outfit. They were knowledgeable, wore the brand themselves, and were very helpful. I tried on two pairs of yoga pants and found them to be flattering and comfortable. Being a veteran of all types of yoga pants, I was wary of the synthetic materials and artificial fibers which can be very itchy and abrasive after 2-hours of hot yoga. I have yet to test them out. The dressing rooms were spectacular with a panoramic 360* beautiful mural of Baltimore Harbor. Complimentary bottles of water lined a shelf which suggested that I was "all that" of an athlete and deserved the very best...damn straight ;o) Yay for Under Armour - Baltimore's very own local champion of sports clothing! read more

This was the first "Brand House" from Under Armour I have visited and I give it two thumbs way up. I was pleased with the selection they offered, some of the stuff I had never seen before. We can agree with other reviews that for some reason, we expected this store. On the other hand, this store (for the most part) carries their new and improved technology. While at first glance I wasn't too impressed, looking at their gear I was. They had some new and really cool items. The people who worked there were extremely upbeat and willing to help. I ended up buying shorts and a matching top but since they didn't have the top that I wanted in my size, someone working was more than happy to order it for me online and ship it to me. Workers weren't pushy and seemed genuinely happy to help us. While I wouldn't come here for your everyday workout clothing, this has some high end apparel for working out, or looking good when you work out. Last thing, I was surprised at how inexpensive the items were compared to when I've shopped UA at dicks. I expected more from the flagship store. Let me preface this by saying I've been to the UA stores in NYC and Chicago. Both stores had a large selection of UA gear to choose from. The employees in these stores greeted you and were attentive if you needed anything. This UA store in Baltimore is limited. It's a smaller store not much bigger than a large footlocker. All of the gear is limited and basic. They seemed to feature the shoes more than anything else. The staff was also inattentive and so consumed with their own personal conversations that they barely acknowledged any of the customers in the store. This is definitely a direct reflection of management. Overall it was a bad experience hence why they are getting a 1 star review. If the staff would have been better I would have at least given 3 stars. At the end of the day they ended up a winner, because I still spent $200 on the sweats I went in there for. read more
