Came here for a return. The line was lengthy, however, I was in here for about 10 minutes. The cashiers really moved the line efficiently. There was good parking and service during this last weekend before Christmas. This store not only had holiday decor but spirit as well. read more

I came in at the end of the night to do a return and to pick-up 2 orders. The lady at the cash register, Towanda, was so kind and helpful. A lot of times, employees can be tired and/or annoyed at the end of a shift when a customer comes in with a ton of needs. Thankfully, she wasn't rude or unpleasant at all. In case you didn't know, you can pick up a pair of Hoka's at Nordstrom Rack! That is clutch! I spent the morning perusing the web to find the most inexpensive pair of Hokas I could find. All of the sale priced versions were sold out in my size. REWIND it back to a few months ago. While shopping for gifts (for others and myself), I hit the shoe section. I was actually shocked to see my most favorite pair of running shoes there on the shelf. I didn't need them at the time, but promised them I'd be back. And today I was back. I was greeted at the door by a gentleman who........ I couldn't quite figure out if he was security or what? He was not in uniform, but acted as such and was there on the way out as well. Anyway, I b-lined it to the men's section (they have better styles) and found what I was looking for! Hoka Clifton, size 9. Because they were a smidge big I hit the women's section and actually found the color I wanted! WINNING. I tried on the 9.5 and it was perfect. With $50 more to my name. I've shopped for vacation wear in the past and have found some items I need/like. The employees are always friendly. I'll be back to look for more Hoka whenever I need them. read more

Nothing wrong here nice shopping center with a huge parking lot. Everything another Nordstrom rack has. Came for crocs for my daughter left with crocs and more. The line was long but move really fast with the friendly efficient cashiers. Security sitting outside and in the vestibule. Some good deals, especially on shoes and athletic wear, but you have to dig. Organization isn't great, and dressing rooms can be crowded. Staff is friendly enough. Not my first stop, but I'll pop in if I'm nearby. read more

I shop here a lot (too much) and it can be hit or miss, like any other shopping. It's great for convenience. I will say the selection varies but the staff is extremely patient with me and helped me through an issue with an online order in which I received the wrong item. read more

The service at this location is not the best. You speak to workers and they just look at you... I experienced this both at the register for check out and at the order pickup table. It takes less than 5 seconds to speak back but apparently that's too much to expect. read more

we love the store. the only negative is the managemen. Nordstrom's has always been known for there amazing number one on customer Satisfaction. it seems like there policies or returns and exchanges is for dropping. it's more as if it's a per store management call. it's never been this way before. when they do this there turning customers away. as that is what they stood on since day one. No hassle return policy. not to mention I've spend over 100k last year along on products and gifts. they need to get this corrected. read more

I visited this particular NR for an online order pickup (yay, no shipping costs!). It's all spiffy and new at still under a year old. I parked easily and hustled inside. The store is startlingly clean, I guess I figured it would be like a Marshall's or TJ Maxx, but Nordstrom must adhere to a better standard for neatness. I followed the signs to the online pickup area, separate from the regular checkout line, which was nice. However I was confused as I walked to the front of the line, as no one was there before me, and I was unsure what to do. There were cashiers nearby handling other customers, but no one greeted me or assured me they'd be with me in a moment, so I loitered around for a bit until one came over. I gave first and last name, the NB employee went and retrieved my package and handed it to me without checking ID. Ok, I get that my name is unique and all, but I'm growing very concerned about stores just handing packages over. I could have been anyone. At any rate, I thanked the cashier and bounced immediately, I didn't stop to browse or anything. Overall, I don't have much of an opinion of the place, which accounts for the 3-star rating. Perhaps some other time I'll return and have a phenomenal visit. read more

I am not a regular Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack shopper and wasn't sure what to expect from this location even though it's only a couple years old. I was looking for more winter wear for an upcoming trip and even though it is May, there were lots of options and at great prices. The biggest concern I had was that the store was a mess, particularly in the woman's accessories area. It looked no better than a Marshall's or TJ Maxx and I expected better. On the other hand, the cashier was friendly, despite just dealing with an annoying customer. She asked me if I wanted a bag, which I appreciated and I didn't need. I'll be back but hope they clean up their act. read more

So this review is mostly on the customer service that I received and not necessarily the selection of the store. This store normally has a lesser selection than what I found at the Towson or Columbia locations, however, the customer service at this location is 10x better than the other locations. I recently had a problem where all the items that I returned we're not showing up on my receipt and I got superb Customer Service from Tiera and Janel it was way above what I expected, they went above and beyond to solve my issue and they made sure they kept me in the loop with constant communication the whole way through. Eventually we got the problem resolved and I can't express how happy and satisfied I am with a customer service that I received from this location thank you so very much read more

This Nordstrom Rack is immaculate. As a frequent Rack shopper, I quite appreciate this location's newness and was excited to visit. I came on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't too busy which made it easy to navigate. All of the clothing racks were full with plenty of options on sale/in clearance as well. The accessories (purses, sunglasses, etc) were well organized with a wonderful selection. Don't get me started on the shoes...so many glorious shoes! Most notable was a seating area outside of the fitting rooms with a charging station for phones and such. How many of us need a break during long days of retail therapy? I know I do! Most often there's no where to rest or even to take a minute to evaluate your purchases yet it's so needed! Five out of five stars for me. read more

In flexible "strict" return policy. Less than polite cashier. Had an item with tags, it was a gift. Refused to allow return "it was past the 45 days" and refused to give credit, despite proof of payment and tags still attached. Could be more flexible if you want return shoppers. Ghetto atmosphere. Tables and racks unkept. Workers on break reek of "strong scent" but can't blame them, it's probably the only way to get thru a shift there. Will not return, go to Tjs or Marshall's where u can return anytime with or without a receipt, they want customers. read more

Nordstrom rack used to be my go to for work clothes and for bras. Nordstrom rack should change their name to "The Sweatpants Depot" because 95% of the women's clothing is active wear. Racks and racks and racks of leggings, sweatpants, jokers, sweatshirts, yoga pants. Nothing wrong with active wear but it's the entire store! Women's dress pants account for 1/2 of one side of one rack. The bras are a jumbled mess. All sizes tangled around each other. Pick one bra off the rack and 8 more come with it. I keep coming here hoping it will be better but it's not. read more

Nordstroms Rack at Canton Crossing has finally opened and boy o' boy.........they must be serving Kool-Aid, because the items in that store have never graced the shelves of an actual Nordstrom's.....ever. Mediocre at best. The clothes were wrinkled. The presentation awful. Anti-theft devices on everything. The shoe aisles are so narrow that two small carts cannot fit through so tempers were flaring at times (scary!) It felt like a cross between a Five Below and a Kmart. The prices? Not all that great..........and some of the items looked worn and returned (from other stores in this chain) The parking lot is another disaster............I doubt an accomplished mouse in a maze could easily maneuver that mess!!! One time and I'm done. I'll pay extra for quality and current fashion........at local, independently owned businesses throughout Baltimore City read more

I thought this would be a great place when it opened, but was a little disappointed. The selection was worse than most Nordstrom Rack stores I'd been to before. The other ones in the area have better selection, but maybe it was just bad timing. The staff was super friendly and helpful though. Another issues I had was the parking lot was dirty with like dirty diapers on the ground. I know they can't control that, but it unfortunately affected by opinion. The new building is nice though and I'll give it another try read more
