Their clearance section has reasonably priced items. However their "40% OFF EVERYTHING" sign does not actually include everything which I found out at the check out counter after looking through their clearance clothes for an hour. Clearance was an exception to their sale. They should not advertise with "40% off EVERYTHING " if it doesn't include clearance. Use another word. "40% off most of our stuff" then I would know maybe it doesn't include everything. read more

Don't recommend this location for people with allergies!!! This place is absolutely horrible when cleaning their store. In my opinion, this place could be considered a health hazard. I don't even know how they passed inspection. There are multiple violations. As I walked in this location, I immediately noticed the ceiling. The ceiling was covered. I MEAN COVERED in dust. Not even five minutes into my shopping experience, I kept sneezing, sneezing more, and again sneezing even more. I immediately had to leave the store to get fresh air. I also noticed how unsanitary this place was. They do not do a good job of cleaning this location. I even said to the employees and asked is the dust on the ceilings. She said "I honestly don't even know what it is." This place is not good for me or you and the employees who work here. This place is under multiple violations: Health code 1960.28(c), 1960.28(a), 1960.(b), 1960.28(e)(1), and many more. It is also pretty sad how many university students are trying to get by making money to pay for student loans and other stuff. These university students most likely don't know of these unsanitary conditions and also don't care about them as long as they get paid. Working here can most likely cause long-term health effects down the road. I do not recommend this location to anyone. I would recommend the location in White Marsh, if you are willing to drive to a clean and sanitary location that cares about your health. read more

Came to this location after finding a huge deal at yhe White March location, but was disappointed that they do not have a plus size section which I find discriminating. The only way they will have any size larger than a xl if it was returned to the store. Very sad if you ask me! This location did carry plus size and now they do not. So White Marsh is the only store in MD that carries plus size! I did find a few items but not a huge deal. So I guess this location will be avoided at all cost. Its bright and now they sell accessories which was always my biggest gripe when it came to thes stores. This may initially sound like a bad review, but it's quite the opposite. I bought pants that were on a rack showing 40% off. When I got to the register, they came up at regular price. I asked the associate to check the price, and the man who checked said they weren't on sale. After I finished paying, I went back and there was the rack where I got the pants, labeled clearly 40% off. I went back and asked a manager on the side if she could come look at the rack. She told me to get in line as if I had butt in front of everyone, but I had just been in the line! She went back with me to the rack, saw it and my pants, and explained that the pants I bought were a different cut then what was on sale. I was upset. I admittedly gave her a bit of a hard time about the whole experience, from the pants being in the wrong place to her assuming I was trying to "butt" in line to have it corrected. I am already so frustrated by things in life and this was just on top of it all. But she was SO KIND to me. She apologized for them being in the wrong place. She gave me the discount anyway. But mostly she was just KIND, even though I was not. The world would be a better place if more people were like her. I hope I didn't upset her because she was just so wonderful. I hope she reads this and knows it was our experience and how grateful I am. read more

It is a true honor to be the proud owner of every single color v-neck that Old Navy has made this season. It may sound ridiculous - but my style philosophy goes a little something like this: 1. Are you wearing a v-neck? 2. Yes? Good. No? Put one on. 3. Should you be wearing a cardigan over the v-neck? 4. Always, yes. So one needs a large collection of v-necks at a not so expensive price, you see. And off to Old Navy it is. I like the classic cuts, but most importantly, they are pretty in tune with the colors of the season. All winter it was muted browns, purples, grays and blacks, and now some warmer colors have crept up on me for spring. It makes much more sense to me to buy lots of things at a low price and splurge on the dressed, skirts, and occasion pieces. This particular Old Navy is big and clean, has nice staff who I would guess are mostly Towson and Goucher students, and most importantly - a huge discount section. It's Old Navy. Either you like the clothing, or you don't. But I'm writing about the service. I came in here to pick up some jeans. I found what I needed fairly quickly and went and got into the line. There were only 3 people ahead of me and 3 people working the registers. Well, 2 of them hard people who had issues with their receipts. So we were down to 1 register that was actually cashing people out. But then, that girl, up and goes on break. I look behind me, and the line had grown to at least 25 people. What was frustrating was the manager was standing back there folding clothes from returns. After 20 minutes of waiting to be called next. And I remind you I was 3rd in line, the manager finally called for someone to come ring people up. Of course the girl on break decided to hang out at the front register talking to one of the other girls who was ringing people out. Oh, but the person they called to ring. Never showed. And the manager kept folding clothes ignoring the line. I was finally called up after almost 30 minutes. I'm actually surprised I had the patience to wait that long. Others in line were audibly groaning about the wait. Finally another girl, not the one who was called, saw the long line and offered to come ring people out. Which the manager accepted. read more

This ON location is spacious with a lot of variety. There's convenient and ample parking. The workers don't hound you every third minute. So, I like that part. I usually come here for baby/toddler clothes. I am able to stock up on needed clothing for a decent price. A lot of times the size of an item I want isn't available. It'll be like a size 6 shoe, or a size 0 pant, or a newborn fit. I'm not too fond of that part of my experience, but I'll survive, Occasionally, I may find something for myself, but usually I order from ON.com because I'm tall, and some clothing items found in the store don't really work with my height. Obviously it's ON, so most items are pretty basic and not "on trend," but they do have great things to buy if you work somewhere that requires business casual dress. It's classic, conservative clothing. Also, I never buy full price from here; I only pick up items from the clearance section. This leads me to my next gripe about this store...some items will have 50% off while others 25% off, and signage doesn't really help because there will sometimes be multiple signs in the area. However, sometimes I go to the register expecting to pay a higher price only to find out that it's way cheaper than I expected. Love those moments. read more

It was slightly slow, but on a weekday afternoon. From what I saw, most of the stock was well folded and presented. I had an issue making a return, but the manager came to help me at the checkout. I did have to wait a bit but I stayed calm. She made sure that I was happy and was very polite about it. What happened what that I was returning two pairs of pants that were too big for different sizes, but I had no tags and the price I was getting for an equal exchange (same pants) but the price was more expensive. But I had my card and receipt and some explaining everything turned out great! read more

First time I've come here for clothes, and it's a mixed experience. I like a lot of their items, especially their jeans and active wear; tops could use a little style, though. This is good for basic, down to earth career wear; 3.50 for camis is pretty hard to beat. Prices are a tad bit high for the quality of their stuff, but I can live with it. They carry stuff for "short folk" like me, so I'm partial to their clothes. Service is okay. They don't have people following you around constantly, which I do like - I'm the kind of person that just wants to shop on my own, quietly, and I'll get help when I need it. The dressing rooms are spacious and allow for "testing" - sitting, standing, walking around. I'd come again. read more

Walked in this Old Navy as usual, shopping around regularly again, as usual. Stopped in the men's section for my husband and was approached by Tracey who asked me was I "looking for someone", I was thrown off. Didn't know if she was asking if I was looking for someone like I lost them or if she was asking was I shopping for someone. I asked and she said "oh I'm asking are you looking for someone because you weren't looking at clothes." Weird. I noticed immediately after she called another employee to talk with her, I thought nothing of it at the time. I left the men's section, going to the toddler girls, I noticed there was Tracey again, this time beside me acting as if she was fixing hangers. I paid it no mind. I went over to Toddler boys, and guess who? Tracey, again. Not once did she ask me if I needed help. I began to catch on and walked to different areas randomly to see if she would appear, in which she did. I am not surprised because I am African American with a large luxury purse but I am very uncomfortable! And will never spend another dollar here. FYI: White people aren't the only people with money!!!! I have a cart overflowing with items because I have the money to pay for them. Do not follow me around the store as if I need to steal $9.99 shorts and tanks. With all that's going on in the world with racism, I am so very disgusted and can not wait to talk with corporate after my review here! read more

If possible, I'd give this location 2 1/2 stars, due to inconsistency in terms of pricing, bargain items, and the overall good quality of the clothing offered at seemingly decent prices. I had a negative experience this week in which I inadvertently fell for a bait and switch tactic. I was pleased to find shorts at an advertised price of $15 each, only to bring them to the register to find out that the sign I clearly observed when deciding on the purchase only applied to shorts that are approximately 2" long, not my type of purchase (I'm a relatively conservatively dressed-classic- is my style,a taste relgated for my status as a soccer mom, and an office drone.) They wanted $24.99 a pair at full price, where every other store in the area was selling shorts at 50% off (I love shopping off season for bargains). I then thought I got a "good deal" on tank tops at $7.50 each, only to find that their real full price was $9.50. Not a good deal for a lifelong bargain hunter. Luckily, I found shorts at Kohls, for 50% off, after almost giving in and buying the full priced shorts, since shorts at this time of year are so hard to find. I prefer shopping from Old Navy online, with clear pricing options, reasonably priced delivery, and an overabundance of products available often cheaper than offered at the actual store. read more

It's nothing new or special. However, it gets the job done. My sister was looking for some jeans and we quickly found them . We then proceeded for the checkout line. We got up there fairly quick. We also picked up some Mad Libs, a Sprite, and Pop Rocks. The checkout line is the best, as it has a lot of cool non-clothing items. It's really good. My only complaint is the floor, which is just plain gray and is very off-putting. Overall, a solid store that's nothing new, but gets the job done. read more
