There is Macy's Furniture and Macy's regular store at this mall. Macy's is having a friends and family sale that ends tomorrow 6/9 so it made sense to purchase a bigger size for a small price difference with the discount applied. Manoli was wonderful in helping me find a fragrance I was looking for by YSL and put me on to new perfume by Burberry (Her Intense) which smells amazing! I perused the juniors and petites. Juniors had cute apparel whereas petites seemed tailored more to older clientele. I did find a cute pair of floral pants in the petite's section and a polka dot dress and green short-sleeve shirt in juniors. I also checked women's intimate apparel to look at pjs and there was a handful of cute sets that were cheap as they were on sale. I was short on time as the hubs was waiting for me, otherwise, would have tried on a few and purchased. Maybe next time. Definitely a fun place to shop with affordable prices.

When we went in, the employee told us she was locking the door at 6 pm. When we tried to leave, two very rude employees told us we can't get out except thru the outside doors. It was very cold and my husband had to walk all the way to Penny's out in the parking lot. I was forced to sit on the outside bench for 30 minutes until my husband brought the car around. We will never go to Boscovs again. We realize they were anxious to go home, but the rudeness was uncalled for.

This store (the White Marsh location) is a rip off and deceived my son significantly. You guys…read moredon't care about your customers, you just care about money. My son bought a suit and they charged $56 for alterations. When my son first went to pick up the suit they were about to let him walk out of there without it being altered but still were going to charge him for the alterations. Then Saturday we went to pick the suit up and one of the suits as totally messed up. The sleeves were so short and the guy there REFUSED to do anything about it. I'm sure if he had a suit like that he wouldn't wear it but he expects my son to wear it. My son is so distraught because he worked hard to get the money to pay for this suit and now he can't wear it. He is out $120 because your store manage REFUSE to do anything about it. My son said that when he bought the suit he specifically asked the guy if he can make the sleeves longer and the said, emphatically, yes. Of course he's going to say yes because he wanted the money. I am very disappointed with your services and I am going to make sure that everyone knows the bad service they will get if they go to this store. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY NOT TO GIVE YOU GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
