I shop online. So let me share. I purchased 10 items from Nordstrom. All shipments included a…read morereturn label. It is a pain free process. I purchased from Soma different items and paid with PayPal. Before the final click completing the purchase Soma tells you clearly returns for items purchased online with PayPal must be returned by mail. Perfect I understand before I complete the transaction my return options. Now onto Loft. I purchased three items online. All beach coverups. I then went to return all three. I attempt to use the online system however Loft has designed the online return procedures to make it as difficult as possible. But I note it will cost me $ 7.95 to return by mail and free to go to the store. Once in the store I deliver my unworn items with tags in the original packages. I am told swimwear cannot be returned in the store. I am forced then to pay the return fee and once again try to navigate a deceptive system designed to frustrate a consumer and thus the Return is never complete. That's my first issue. When you are shopping on line it is not made even remotely clear the return policy. Frankly you have to go to three areas of the website to see what the return policy is on swimwear. On the receipt finding the policy at the bottom in the smallest font possible again hides the policy. I find this appalling. Surely all retailers have their own policy. However consumers should be able to understand the policy in a clear openly designed system. I will pay the return costs. I will never shop at Loft, Ann Taylor or any of their companies again. Here I come Nordstrom.

There is Macy's Furniture and Macy's regular store at this mall. I was in there yesterday to get some Marc Jacob's perfume for a gift but they unfortunately didn't have the size I was looking for. Melissa and Manoli didn't hesitate to present and help me decide on another option. Macy's is having a friends and family sale that ends tomorrow 6/9 so it made sense to purchase a bigger size for a small price difference with the discount applied. Manoli was wonderful in helping me find a fragrance I was looking for by YSL and put me on to new perfume by Burberry (Her Intense) which smells amazing! What topped it all off is that Melissa also tossed in a free Marc Jacob's bag that was such a nice gesture!

Even if you are intending to buy something completely unrelated to Pokémon or cards, I would stay far away from such a dishonest and immoral business.
