I showed him my return email and he said he needed to get a manager. When the manager arrived he che the item and asked me when it was purchased. I immediately said 'hello, are you the manager' since he didn't bother to greet me. The purchase was made a week ago and the tags were still afixed and I had the return email with a bar code. It felt like I was being judged on returning the item. This was the second time I've interacted with a manager and left feeling disgusted. She says absolutely nothing I pay and she just folds up the garment and puts it in front of me with the receipt on top.
