When I came to pick up my dress, I tried it on and it wasn't as fitted as I was hoping for. I talked to the owner, Le, and said it wasn't to my satisfaction and he was willing to alter it for no additional charge. I have been to other seamstresses who will charge for additional alterations if you are dissatisfied with their service. Although the alterations were higher than other tailor shops I have gone to, their customer satisfaction compensates for it.

He then ran off and pawned me off on one of his employees who gave me a customer service line. Since i am from out of town the customer service dept told me to find a store in my area. I have been shopping at Uniqlo for a long time and most of the clothing I have purchased there maintains strength and durability no matter how many times you wash or dry clean them. I do wish there were more locations, but then again not so much bc I'll be broke. I do like their heattech collection, it does keep me warm during colder months. They also offer free alterations depending on what you need done and if it meets the price threshold. I forgot the minimum, but I don't think it was much. If not they charge around $5 or so. This is the closest location in the Pasadena/Annapolis area. They also have a few other locations in Bethesda, Montgomery Mall, and D.C. I'm sure there are more and I've heard there will be a new location in Annapolis Mall. Their clothing can be pricey, depending what you buy. However they do have sales throughout the year and you can get many pieces at a low price. Overall, the Columbia location has a wide variety, but one of their small stores. The location on 5th Ave, NY is by far their largest store.
