I now know that they take up to 30 days to refund your money after a product has been received at their end. To be fair, I did read (after the fact) that this policy is written somewhere on their website. This is a terrible policy, and one that isn't customer friendly. I waited a full month for them to credit $597 from a returned suit, and they never communicated with me during the process. I never even received an email verifying that my suit was received by them. I had to verify the suit was received by tracking the return through UPS. Also, I emailed their customer service department four times attempting to get my refund credited sooner, and I didn't receive one response. It takes many things to be a good clothing company, and although their products are decent, Wilkes and Riley doesn't have the proper balance for me. I'll stay with Nordstrom, and even Jos. A Banks; both have better return policies and customer service.

There is another employee who always seems annoyed that I have the nerve to ask about an item; I really can't take that type of attitude. Customer service, man! Naturally, all malls have suffered to some degree in recent years with online shopping getting more and more prevalent. Towson Town Center remains reasonably active though, and there are quite a few streets nearby with active businesses as well.

Depending on the day, time, weekend/week day and if its a holiday would determine the type of crowd of shopping. When I went it was just before Christmas, therefore, parking was hectic and the mall was busy. I was able to make my shopping experience smooth by parking on the top level and going to the stores necessary then leaving out. The mall was decorated and in sync with the holiday spirit.
