I was welcomed into the store by security. The store has a huge selection of shoes and clothing. This store has more than one level and I was on either the 2nd or 3rd floor, which ever had women's clothing. Zara is always a vibe and I recommend this place for a great selection of stylish options. read more

First time and last time buying jewelry from Zara. Did you know that you can't return jewelry if you open the box to try it on? And did you also know that they don't list necklace or earring lengths on the website, so the only way to know if it will fit and look good is to order it and try it on? Oh wait, but then you can't return it! In addition, Zara has horrible customer service. If you call you will get a recording directing you to the website where there is zero information. If you start a chat, they will know nothing and direct you to a live agent who also knows nothing and will create a "case" at which time you will wait for 24-48 hours for an email response at which time they will tell you: sorry, you cannot return the item. Bye bye, Zara. I am only shopping at Nordstrom from now on. They know how to treat their customers. read more

I hate going into this location Zara. I try my best to avoid it as much as possible. Long lines, limited cashers, messy dressing rooms, hot temperatures, closed gates while open and creepy male security guards. This location is poorly managed compared to its other locations. read more

I came in to return an online order. To my surprise (pre Christmas) I didn't have to wait very long. The customer service was satisfactory and I appreciated that I was done within 5 mins of walking into the store. Although I didn't purchase anything, I did look and touch. Seeing things online as opposed to in person is a different experience. I love Zara's clothing. The styles, patterns, and materials are usually on point. This store however was underwhelming for me. I felt that they could display their merchandise better. This store is huge and there is a lot they could do to make a customer feel they can't leave the store without purchasing something. In some areas it was bordering on the feel of a thrift store. Also, it was the holiday season and their decorations didn't necessarily give the "tis the season" feel. read more

It's time to get competent workers who actually care just a tiny bit about their job. I have never been to this Zara where I haven't had a rude and unhelpful experience. I shop at Zara frequently and don't ever have this many issues with a specific store than the Towson mall store. They are very rude and couldn't care less about customer service. The common denominator is the people that work at this particle location. Invest in better workers because Zara is a great company but I have left this store twice in the past month vowing to never shop there again. read more

The clothes are super cute but the customer service is poor. The employees seem so unhappy with their job that they can't even be friendly during checkout. And why are the lines always so long???!!! Always busy but poorly managed, it's ridiculous. Most people come for returns, "apparently" now they have a dedicated line and one register for returns, and the way to the line is confusing, so I stood in the regular line. The SA for this "dedicated" return line literally took the time to joke and laugh while hanging up every single piece of clothing the customer returned while holding up the line. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! I finally get to the front and the girl told me I had to get out of the regular line and get in the returns line. Petty, but whatever. I get out of line to get behind people who came after me only for the SAME girl to take a return when there were people in-line after me to purchase and return.....MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. The next SA took my whole return but when I got home to read my emailed receipt, they guy somehow failed to scan every item I returned, so they have a shirt that I paid for but I didn't get my money back.... Tried calling the store several times, no one answered, tried contacting customer service and they were closed. Worst experience ever, it makes not want to shop at all, even online! read more

It is very unsanitary in that store, I saw a roach run across the clearance rack and when I told employees they continued on as if nothing happened to reassurance that the disgusting bug would be handled or anything. read more

I wish I could give them ZERO STARS.There was not one nice customer service representative. They screamed across the store that they were closing in 1/2 hour and closed the fitting rooms. Half the staff hid behind the fitting room curtain, while 10 or more customers were waiting to check out with 1 person at the register. To top it off they charged me for a bag? I was so disturbed by the rude customer service attitudes, every last rep talked down to me, it was very insulting. The fitting room had more clothes on the racks than in the store so I wondered what they were doing hiding back there! I went to three other stores in same mall after I left Zara and all of them were so nice and didn't try kicking me out of the store! Unbelievable! read more
