Stopped in to complete a return of some items that were not of satisfaction…read more I was able to grab a parking spot close and without frustration. The store was quiet, clean and organized. The highly organized and spaced out merchandise displays made for a quick browse through the aisles with ease. While in the store, I used the restroom and yes it was to my surprise CLEAN. I didnt purchase anything but I would recommend this place during the week day. There were some nice items but it was all out of my budget. I had to practice being thrifty and looking at wants vs needs. And I didnt need another clothing item nor shoe.

The answer is absolutely no!…read more Every time I go to this location, the service is horrendous. None of the sizes are where they are supposed to be. I found my dream dress, but it had stains on the shoulder. I ask for a possible discount and I was told no but I can tell you how to get that stain out. Are you kidding me? I had to dig through so many racks, that weren't even my size to find this dress and this is the response that I get. The service at checkout also horrendous. I walk up to the cashier. She says absolutely nothing I pay and she just folds up the garment and puts it in front of me with the receipt on top. I had to ask for a bag and she rolled her eyes and charged me the five cents for the back put the garment in the bag and just gave it to me no thank you nothing. I am never going back to this location. I feel like I go back once a year and I realize why I hadn't gone in so long.

i'd say you'll enjoy this spot if you know what you're in for…read more the photos we saw on the website left us thinking we'd be in a large, almost warehouse-type set up. our eyes must be off though, because this spot is relatively small. nevertheless, i was able to find two items i was pleased with on pricing and quality. there are premium modern brands along with true vintage pieces. the owner was in and was super pleasant and kind. no complaints about customer service from us. i'd say the pricing was fair for what they have and in our current economy. i spent $9 on a pair of lace stirrup pants and $14 on a cropped acid washed black denim jacket. the pants were fashion nova so i would have not minded them being marked a bit lower, but the jacket was 7 for all mankind and i felt the price was great for that. overall? decent little spot. we drove in specifically for this shop, which i'd say is unnecessary, unless you're a die hard thrifting addict, given it's size. BUT - if you're in the area and enjoy thrifting, absolutely stop in and check them out!

Eastpoint Mall will close on August 31st, 2026. What's sad is this mall is not dead; it's very far…read morefrom it. National anchors include Gabe's and JCPenney, with local businesses occupying other anchor spaces. The interior is filled with many local businesses, some of which have started closing sales. It has a food court that was busy during my stop and still has food stands. The mall does have a basement, which has office space, and Ultrazone Baltimore, a Lazer tag place that also has arcade machines. Office space also exists above the food court, but that was largely empty. The condition of the mall overall was good with the plants still being watered. While the mall does look dated, I could find no reason the owners would want to shut it down. This is an alive, almost vibrant mall that by the end of August will be no more. It's a real shame.

It's a sad shell of a space now. To think there used to be penguins and monkeys there. Eastpoint is now a popular local meme: "If Eastpoint Mall hasn't given up neither should you"... However, several stores and kiosks are still decorated for Christmas and it's August, so I don't know about the "not giving up" part. I have never seen so many downtrodden employees, lounging in empty stores, scrolling aimlessly through their phones. They know no one is coming to save them from the relentless boredom. Someone will rob one of the jewelry stores, if they're lucky. There are three food stalls in the food court: a Japanese place that doesn't give samples (I grew up having sample givers chase us through half the food court), a chicken box/fish spot, and the pizza place that has been there since the dawn of time. Nothing substantial. Definitely nothing that could be called a national chain. Want a cheeseburger? You're going to have to leave the mall and walk across the parking lot to McDonald's. JC Penney is the only anchor store, which never bodes well. Value City is gone. I swear my mom must have bought 90% of her furniture there. Remember when there was an Ames there? Or the Kmart? There's a haunted house in that space now. How very Dundalk. What other mall do you know that has a haunted house in it? There wasn't anything that I particularly wanted to buy out in the mall. I like to take a spin through about once a year. Watch the slow decay of yet another happy memory of my childhood (we used to go to the Friendly's there - it was across from the Brass Hen - and that's where I learned I love black raspberry ice cream, for example). I won't be surprised when it finally closes. I'll be sad, but that's the fall of capitalism for you. It's a race to the ultimate finish line between Eastpoint and Marley Station in Glen Bernie. It'll be interesting to see which survives the longest.

I guess they are there to converse with friends because needing help inconveniences their life. And believe me, this wasn't targeted. Multiple customers were furious about how rude the staff was, particularly the cashier, Janiya. She had such a dismissive attitude even when approached kindly. Not only that, but we were promised a discount that was advertised, just to be told they should've taken the sign down yesterday. Are you serious? Never again! Run! Run! Run! They are so rude, and though I don't blame the employees for the store policy, this was the first time I've ever been told I can't try on both shoes at the same time. Very odd.

After striking out at Marshall's yesterday, we decided to check out Eastpoint mall today, mainly JC Penney. I would bet this store has been here since they built this mall and it looks like it. There's Clearance and construction throughout the store, on both floors. I can't tell if they're getting a make-over or if they are parring down, but it's not a good look. I'm pretty sure we used a freight elevator. We would have never found it unless the employee walked us there. There's a fine selection of clothing, all usually on sale. It's back-to-school time, and I'm massively jealous that the girls have the cutest clothes, while women are supposed to dress like they've been attacked by Jackson Pollock or are going camo in a splatterpaint room. I may be almost 50 but I still have some decent curves I'd like to show off. We found a great selection of ladies panties upstairs. I refuse to shop at Victoria's Secret... the old joke is right, her secret is that she's not making clothing for curvy girls. The mens underwear is downstairs. And there are only two registers throughout the entire store. One upstairs. One downstairs. I like Penney's. They're a half step above Kmart, but still give you that oldskool mall shopping experience.
