This store is well stocked up with plenty of merchandise from clothing to home goods to everyday…read moreitems. Security is present at this store . Public restrooms were clean . Prices are affordable, comparable to stores like Ross . Service is friendly . I did find some struggles going through their merchandise because it was a bit unorganized and overwhelming to find the right sizes for shoes . Tags were missing in items as well .

And worst of is the little Caucasian woman who is obnoxious and rude to everyone who comes in her vicinity. This day she was working in the men's department or what looked like it used to be the men's department and she was SO nasty to everyone shopping, very loud. She was looking at a guy who wanted to use the men's room which was locked with a code ( I guess this location has a problem with them). She told him that she only allows one person at a time in the bathroom. He had nothing in is hands but still she wouldn't allow him to use the bathroom. This Burlington is the only one I've ever been to that doesn't allow customers to bring beverages inside, this would be understandable if it were a standalone location but it's part of a mall and people buy food in a mall. I left not long after I entered the store and the security guard asked me if I saw anything I liked. I told him, I didn't but even if I did, I wouldn't buy anything with that evil woman working there. She didn't say anything to be and it was good that she didn't because I know I'd have flipped on her. Customer's aren't always right, not at all. But they are the reason that businesses thrive or struggle. This location has seen much better days. It flourished with it replaced the Valu-City that used to be there.... now... it would probably do better as a Goodwill.

I went here for a tux fitting for my barefoot friend's wedding. The staff we met there were very…read morefriendly and helpful. Men's Wearhouse, just like all tux rental places, charge way too much, but I appreciated knowing we could make changes and pick up the tux at any Men's Wearhouse location. The friendly staff didn't give me a hard time for not renting shoes and really enjoyed the idea of a barefoot wedding!
