I called several times with no answer. I sent multiple emails with no answer. Finally, after writing a more stern email, I get an email back saying that they sent me an email months ago with the return #. I never got it (plus I always check my spam folder) so either it was an innocent mistake or them lying to cover up their mistake. Based off of the other reviews, I'm leaning towards the latter. Anyway I finally return the shirt, I see it has been delivered and I wait...and wait...and wait. I have to email 1.5 months after it has been delivered asking for the refund and then the next day it goes through. I shouldn't have to hold their hand, prompting them to do certain tasks in the return process. If I never followed up, I'm sure they would have kept the money. Again, not sure if they are incompetent or just being shady. Either way, avoid and let companies like this fade away.

Nike, Adidas, Free People, New Balance, Levi, American Eagle, North Face. All name brand items some with tags on, the rest almost new. About 30 items total. Offered me $28. Wow. When I checked their racks they were selling products I had just brought in same style and color for $30-$40 dollars for each jackets. The math is not mathing here folks. So they give me $28 (for 30 items) and make over a thousand on my stuff? I completely understand this is a business and they have an overhead. And a brick and mortar store front. But at least offer me $60-80 for my name brand new items to sell for 20x what they offered me. I'll take my stuff to goodwill and give it away before I let these people make a profit on me with no payouts for the me supplying and supporting their business. They definitely lost a customer and quality items for low balling the customer.
