She says absolutely nothing I pay and she just folds up the garment and puts it in front of me with the receipt on top. I had to ask for a bag and she rolled her eyes and charged me the five cents for the back put the garment in the bag and just gave it to me no thank you nothing. Fortunately, a couple days later I revisited JC Penney and was able to purchase TWO full pants suits for LESS than the price of the one. And the two I later found I can wear regularly as I was comfortable with the style. I ended up returning the Macy's suit and the return process was super easy at the customer service desk.
