I ended up finding one suit that I wasn't a huge fan of but ending up purchasing incase I could not find anything else. Fortunately, a couple days later I revisited JC Penney and was able to purchase TWO full pants suits for LESS than the price of the one. And the two I later found I can wear regularly as I was comfortable with the style. I ended up returning the Macy's suit and the return process was super easy at the customer service desk. All of the employees on both visits were super friendly and helpful. I just feel like the prices here are a lot considering the prices at other comparable stores.

This was very noticeable how they handled checkout as long lines in other stores don't seem to phase the employees into making arrangements for their customers. He called and was able to have it set aside. Once we arrived, the guy in electronics was very friendly and we got we went for... ...until I came across the women's clothing section and wanted to try on a blouse I saw on a mannequin. The lady in the area was super friendly and said I shouldn't hesitate to try something on (apparently, others have said the fitting room was closed even though it doesn't until the store closes). I tried on a couple sizes, but they didn't have my size on the rack. She was very helpful and checked to see if it was in stock at the store. I mentioned that it would be funny if it was on the mannequin, which it was! She was so sweet to take off the one on the mannequin and I was able to buy my blouse. :)
