I have to email 1.5 months after it has been delivered asking for the refund and then the next day it goes through. I shouldn't have to hold their hand, prompting them to do certain tasks in the return process. If I never followed up, I'm sure they would have kept the money. Again, not sure if they are incompetent or just being shady. Either way, avoid and let companies like this fade away.

Naturally, all malls have suffered to some degree in recent years with online shopping getting more and more prevalent. Towson Town Center remains reasonably active though, and there are quite a few streets nearby with active businesses as well.

When I went it was just before Christmas, therefore, parking was hectic and the mall was busy. I was able to make my shopping experience smooth by parking on the top level and going to the stores necessary then leaving out. The mall was decorated and in sync with the holiday spirit.
