I had such a fantastic experience here--especially thanks to Joey! She helped me put together the cutest outfit, something I never would have chosen on my own. The jeans were incredibly comfortable, and she even encouraged me to try a shirt color I'd never considered before (and loved!). It was clear how talented she is--while I was there, other customers came in specifically asking for her help. If you get the chance to visit when she's working, I definitely recommend it! I adore Anthropologie and partner stores Urban Outfitters and Free People. Although Harbor East does not have a true home section (no furniture) as the Bethesda location, the selection here is pleasing and staff are personable. The space is bright and new arrivals display at the entrance. I appreciate items are at reach and the textiles are neatly presented. During my visit the staff was very attentive with warm interaction, most especially during my selections and check out! Staff member went the extra mile to see if an item was clean toxic free. This is my first visit at this location and it won't be my last. It was conveniently located by my hotel and parking is ample on the street or underground. This store is very big and has lots of items. Come here for all of your shopping needs. Street parking is usually not difficult to find.

This anthropologie is located right next to the j crew in downtown Baltimore. Since this is downtown, parking can be tricky however one can park in the whole foods lot. This is a large store which encompasses both clothing home and body products the selection is nice and, when I went, they had a pretty nice clearance section. Cashiers and sales people were very friendly. The location wasn't too packed. read more

Anthropologie is hit or miss for me. The clothes are pricy and can be really funky or really cool so when I find a winner, it usually fits perfectly and is hopefully also on sale. Even if I don't find anything, the decor is much to be admired and they change the store front window display often. I also love the antique furniture and home/kitchen and gifts. If I could have one of everything then my house could look like an Anthropologie store too. read more

This location is decent. The service has always been fine when I've gone. The main issue I have recently had is that the last time I went to try to run in and return an item, they were closed earlier than their official closing time. It was maybe by about 5-10 minutes, and I understand the employees wanting to close up early if there are no customers inside, but this is not a mom and pop store- if you say you are open until a certain time, please stay open until that time! read more

Anthro USED to be my all time favorite store until I went to the Harbor East location. No one said hello or can I help you, they must not be trying to make money. I will not be shopping at the Harbor East location. I wish I didn't have to give them 1 star. read more

This is a review for customer service - not for the brand itself. I went in the other day and bought a few items on sale. Seeing my unexpectedly high total upon checking out, I suspected something was wrong but due to my horrific arithmetic skills, was to shy to say anything at that moment. I payed stepped outside and looked at my receipt, only to find that that not only had the additional sale not been added to my purchase, but the prices on the receipt were actually higher than the MARKED prices on the clothes. Went back in and started all over. I have very low expectations for customer service, but the ability to actually charge a customer the due amount of money is pretty essential. This is true incompetence. Now i am stuck with the headache of periodically checking my bank account online to see if the purchase has been reversed. SCRUTINIZE YOUR RECEIPT or these girls will inadvertently rob you. read more
