Tip: go on weekdays if possible since store has limited space. Also there is no getting around in wheelchair and crutches may be tricky too. When my son first went to pick up the suit they were about to let him walk out of there without it being altered but still were going to charge him for the alterations. Then Saturday we went to pick the suit up and one of the suits as totally messed up. The sleeves were so short and the guy there REFUSED to do anything about it. I'm sure if he had a suit like that he wouldn't wear it but he expects my son to wear it. My son is so distraught because he worked hard to get the money to pay for this suit and now he can't wear it. He is out $120 because your store manage REFUSE to do anything about it. My son said that when he bought the suit he specifically asked the guy if he can make the sleeves longer and the said, emphatically, yes. Of course he's going to say yes because he wanted the money. I am very disappointed with your services and I am going to make sure that everyone knows the bad service they will get if they go to this store. I went on a Friday evening unsure of how busy it would be. The store was not busy at all, I was able to go to the Amazon returns counter and not stand in a line. The girl working the returns DID talk on her personal phone the entire time, but I don't think that's a reflection on Kohl's. The parking lot could use an upgrade in lighting, but the store itself was clean and organized. The employees were friendly and they had the shoes I wanted in stock!
