Great coupons and for having the app I even had a coupon for a free item worth $27.00. Overall, I saved $91.36 in sales and coupons. Yay! The service here is always good and today was no exception. Lots of items to choose from, new scents arriving every day, and a growing men's line. Men's cologne starts at $49.99 here which is pretty much half of other stores, and they have some really great scents and products. The store in white marsh has deceptive sales practices. The day of a sale they have several different sales ads up in the store at the same time, when you question the price and the correct sales ad they say that you misunderstood. read more

I love bath and body works and this is a nice one in Towson town center (3rd floor). It has an attached white barn which is nice. Every time I've been in here the staff have greeted me and been helpful with what I'm looking for. I've also never had a problem at the register getting my rewards or using a coupon. They have amazing sales sometimes! I can tell they have fully stocked in preparation for peak sales and they have PLENTY of inventory regardless of when I get there. I love that they come out with brand new scents frequently and this store has all the newest stock. read more

I've visited this Bath and Body Works 3 times in 2 weeks. Mainly for gifts but a few things for myself too:) Oh the holidays! Each time I visited, there were a lot of people there. This place does a great job of social distancing and limiting capacity. You are required to wait in the hallway until there's adequate space for you inside. Despite it all, safety 1st. The store is so well organized that I'm actually able to shop from the hallway so I am good with w short wait. Although they're very busy, especially during the holidays, there's always 1 to 2 people available to safely help w products. I never need a lot of help but I need a little bit of help with dealing with the prices in managing coupons. I totally appreciate the assistance. This business is a business that I do not mind visiting during the holiday rush because I know they're going to keep everything together during Covid and keep customers moving along safely. As much as I love BBW the brand. The store customer service is another issue. The last 2 weekends i experience the same issue. The 1st weekend I was charged for items that wasn't on my receipt. This weekend I ordered online, and when I showed up 2 days later. The items was not available. Mind you they are suppose to hold your items for 5 days per the policy. Meanwhile my card was charged, and the so called team lead wasn't much helped. Good help is hard to find, and from what it looks like folks don't want to work. Half the worker's was standing out on the floor just talking to each other. So going forward, I will just order offline. read more

First time in a mall since before the pandemic started! Was at the Apple store and needed some products from this wonderful store. They had you use hand sanitizer at the door and pickup your own paper bag with handles to use for the products you were getting. It said at the door that a maximum of 55 people were allowed in the store but no one was checking at the door to make sure too many people weren't coming in. It was difficult social distancing there because of the racks of products and tight squeezes between them. But everyone was adhering to wearing masks properly in the store and throughout the mall. Picked up my products, asked the staff to find a couple of products and then checked out and headed for the car and home. All in all, went well!! I seriously could buy things from this store in my sleep!! read more

Bad customer service! I went here to pick up an online order and worst customer service experience. First of, I couldn't find someone to help me to locate the order online pick up area as there are no signs. I noticed there were employees around, but they were busy talking amongst themselves. I finally found someone and she told me to go up against the wall. The middle of the wall she pointed was where the register stood along with two walls on each end. I go waited at the left side of the register and no one. I go to the right side of the register and no one was there as well. Then, I thought may be she meant for me to go in line, so I did that. The line was extremely long due to the big sale. Once I was seen, the cashier told me the pick up area was on the right side of the register and she couldn't help me. I then go to the area she pointed and no one was there. I go back to the cashier for assistance and the cashier grab someone behind a closed a door. I started to talk to person that came out of the closed door for assistance and she told me can't assist me, because she needs to be near a register. She then asked for my ID and I proceeded to complain about my experience. However, the response I received from her was this: Don't give me an attitude. I was confused the reason she said that because all I was doing was telling her about my experience, so that it can be address. She didn't listen and cut me off. I then asked for a supervisor or manager and it turns out she was the store manager, named Kelly. Now, it makes sense the reason the service was so poor; the leadership in the store was even worst. I asked for her name and her supervisor, but gave me the customer service contact # which was fine. Overall, a quick pick-up at a store turned into an hour and worst of all, I had to deal with bad customer service experience. I will never shop here again. I will have to rethink of doing any business with Bath & Body Works going forward. read more

I stopped in because they re-issued some of their throwback scents and are having their semi annual sale. The store was cramped with a lot of overstock but sadly had sold out of their gardenia scent. I still don't like some of the names of the stuff because it is hard to tell what's in them and there is just too much to rifle through. Service was aloof and could have been better. Prices are about the same as the bodyshop on good sales. The quality of the TBS is obviously better than BBW but this place has me on nostalgia and that's it. I get to pretend I'm 25 again in the shower at least for a little bit. read more
