The whole…read morestore is always friendly, but somehow it feels like fate that I always end up running into her when I come in. I shop with my little nephew and he always goes straight to the coloring table. Sabainah talks to him, asks about his drawings, and makes him feel so special. Now he always asks if "the nice lady" is there because he knows he'll get stickers and coloring pages. One time he even hugged her before we left. The store is always in great condition even when it's busy, and the staff clearly works hard keeping everything organized and explaining the sales really well. Prices are always discounted too. Even when it's busy, she's helping everyone and still checking in on the kids. You can tell she's a leader there. People like her really make you want to come back. Normally only two cashiers and the line is always extremely long and the wait is too long. I do enjoy the incentives of receiving the Kohl's cash for your purchases and I also like the procedure for the self pick up process. Other than that, I pretty much only shop here if they have a good online bargain where I can pick the purchase up myself. Make sure you have plenty of time if your shopping in store and have to checkout with a cashier.
