I had been in here a few times and was very impressed with their nice selection and decent prices…read more However, the last time I went in they had a 'designer' section with some upscale brands that were all inflated to 500% of what they should have been charging. Don't get me wrong, I take no issue with charging more for better brands, but prices between $60-$75 are unreasonable for a charity thrift store. Goodwill may do the same, but not to the same extent. This is NOT a thrift store - it is more on par with consignment prices. I just don't like that they get these clothes donated and then mark them up and call themselves an 'affordable thrift shop'. It's false advertising and frankly - especially considering their likely exemption from taxes - a little greedy.

Reason for a dock in the stars is because I was thrifting this day and I had previously gone to others. Reasonable price for a jack $6-$12 from these other stores. At this store? $40. Now, with the 75% off deal, things were reasonable. I got a dress, a necklace, and a jacket. The store was very clean. The women at the counter took a long, long while to figure out the cash register.

The shop has a variety of items preloved from contemporary to high end designer. I took my time to browse the clothes, shoes, bags, scarves and belts. As I picked out items, a friendly lady offered to take some items to a dressing room for me. That was helpful because it allowed me to free up my hands and arms to continue to sift through the items. I scored a couple pieces that I found. I was told they get new pieces daily. I look forward to going back as a regular customer.

The owner is amazing, greeting everyone the moment they step foot through the door. She's the sweetest and helpful in assisting you with finding the perfect piece that speaks to you. The shop is quaint in size, but there is a good selection of men, female, and kids clothing, shoes, coats, and accessories. And the prices of the items are what keeps me coming back. The prices are not over-inflated like you find at so many other thrift stores nowadays. Shopping at Reversed Thrift Store is a great bang for your buck. I scored a cute Prada purse for just $10. I couldn't pass up that deal. And they're constantly putting new items on the floor. So, it's best to check back often. Reversed Thrift Store has curated the perfect little shopping experience for thrifted items at a really reasonable price tag. I was also told that the pieces I brought weren't a great fit for the store. I had some good labels that I thought matched their vibe--Calvin Klein, Banana Republic, a 100% linen jacket from Kathleen Sommers, an orange suede jacket, etc. Full disclosure: I may have made the mistake of including one or two pieces with a stain or flaw, which could have led to judgment on the rest of my items and made them seem undesirable. To be fair, maybe what I brought truly wasn't a good fit. However, I wasn't given any additional feedback or much sense of appreciation for coming in, so I'm probably just not the kind of seller or customer they're looking for.
