On my most recent walk, I noticed the rainbow flag by the window and decided to take a detour. I'm SO GLAD I did. I love this book store! But it's so much more! There's a little coffee spot, Reverie Coffee, and a section that caters to kids. It is SO much bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. Oh yeah, you comic & Marvel fans will LOVE this place. They have TONS of comics and a whole Marvel section. I checked out their website, and they have book clubs you can sign up for. They have a list of events and they even have merchandise. I love the BMore shirts and sweatshirts, but in the store they have more to choose from. Dreamers & Make-Believers is the appropriate name for such a cute bookstore+. There were a few people in the store with their laptops typing away. That's what I have planned for next week. While the store was not crowded on this weekday afternoon, we could barely scavenger any customer service. Even once a salesperson was assigned to work with us, she did not offer much in terms of insights or attentiveness. About a half hour in, our sales rep was replaced with someone else (I get it, employees gotta eat) but our momentary joy of having renewed luck at better service became a hollow, fleeting hope. The best part of this would-be shopping trip was learning that TPYC can take your idea and design around it for less than traditionally found in the big brand heavy-hitters. Definitely a nice touch but a semi-useless feature without attentive staff to help get those creative juices flowing. Shoppers come to brick-and-mortar establishments to get advice from field experts who have had much more experience in card design than your average member of the public. This we definitely did not find at TPYC and, after an hour of poking around albums, the dream team left with little to show for their efforts.

The essential oils give every product a nice light pleasing scent, not a chemicalized perfume smell. Also a little bit goes a long way, so the items will last you a while. Pretty Pu$$y Love Dust Love the name, it is what drew me to the product. I use this powder for under the tig-ole-bitties. Keeps the area nice and dry, and no cakiness when I sweat. Nice light scent. I've even used the "Chilly Willy Dust". In the summer the mint in the powder is a nice refreshing touch, and gives a nice cool to the skin. Sugar scrub Love how soft my hands are after I use this. Aloe Cucumber Serum Love the light scent, just like cucumbers. It's for sensitive skin, which I figured would be a good way to ease into serum usage. So far so good. I'm new to serum use so the only new thing I noticed is my face looks a little more plump. Not in a fat way, more healthy and fuller. I felt like my skin was a bit sunken and this seems to have helped with that. Probably have my face the moisture it was obviously missing. Lavender Body butter The smell alone is heaven. Nice and thick, keeps my hand moisturized. I use this after being at work with the harsh dry soap we use. Great replenisher to my hands. Calm your Ass Down I LOVE the name! I use this at night before bed. That way the magnesium in it gives me an extra oomph for a restful sleep. Smells fantastic! Don't let the name scare you off it is fabulous. Foot cream (I forgot the name ‍) It's working great on my dry feet. Even softens the heel very nicely. I can't say enough great things about SoBo, definitely a great shop.
