I grabbed eight shirts since I've been running short, and everything was organized well enough that finding what I needed took no effort. Kudos to Kohl's for keeping the section tidy. The restroom was spotless, and checkout was impressively fast. Even with about eight people ahead of us, the line moved in roughly 2-3 minutes. Overall, a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.

Item was clearly stolen. Brian (manager I spoke with) and his team went well above and beyond in trying to locate the item in case it landed in another bin or another was still on the shelf, etc. Couldn't have been more apologetic or polite and remorseful about the item having been stolen. He refunded the cost of the item and made every effort to make it right for me. They can't bag the items b/c the whole DMV area charges $0.05 per bag... If I lived around there it'd be my go to Kohls after this experience!

The CSR was very nice and patient advised when we can enter, then there was another CSR inside the entry/exit way advising about the carts, which they clean. Once inside, I had a chance to browse each section. The plus size section was somewhat non existent, but I managed to snag a few tops and a pair of leggings (which I discovered later had a hole in them, but was able to fix thanks ro my sewing skills) *TIP 1 check all merchandise for holes, tears, missing part, etc Finally I made my rounds in each department, found some people not following the directions in th store. Was able to find a few deals. Check-out line nearly lined all the way to the back of the store, but the CSR's were great. I hope they keep this up.

Now that the economy has forced a lot of us to start shopping at stores like TJ Maxx, I feel the checkout process needs to improve. Plus the store just had a bunch of stuff everywhere and seemed pretty chaotic to me, not optimal for a good shopping experience.

If you are a have to have the HOT clothing item of the moment some of those items are here, now some of the items are a few seasons behind. In my world, I could care less..if I like it then I'll wear it! They also have shoes, housewares, bedding, jewelry, comestics, animal items, carry men clothing, children clothing, even snack foods! It may be a one stop shop for some people! For the most part since their renovation the items are placed in a neatly fashion! Meaning dresses for juniors are in one spot, shorts are in their section and so on. They even rearranged their Checkout lanes so yes they have candies and miscellaneous items for you to walk through...so yes you guessed it so you can buy more lol! So if you have children..you may want them in the cart at this time!! =) Bathroom usage...I wouldn't suggest it unless they have now just up and renovated that too. Last time I was there I was scared to even go and use anything because it was so NASTY!! So all in all stop in and look around, I'm pretty sure you will find at least one item!!! Happy shopping beautiful people!!!

I will say do not come and expect to be out for a question or even to purchase anything (tires/batteries) within an hour at times. I came to check on the price of tires as calling you will never hardly get someone to answer. I came about 2 weeks ago and waited over an hour in line to get to the counter with only 4 people ahead of me. Got to the counter and of course they didnt stock the Perelli tires I needed; therefore, I had to purchase them first. I was told they will come in 2-5 business days and they will call when they are in. I never received a call so I came in on Saturday and waited in line for them to check and say yes we have them in. I waited 2 hours for them to install but they never touched the car. I then, came back on Sunday and it took them 3 and half hours to install the tires. I received my car back with white gooey stuff all over the tires and my rims. A total mess. I went home. On Monday, the back tire was low. I put air in it. Today, I had a scheduled service at the dealership and the same tire was at 11 psi. The dealership checked the tire and put air in it. I came back to Costco tire center and was told I had to wait atleast 2+ hours before they could check the tire. This is absolutely insane. I went inside and the tire center manager stated she will get my vehicle in as soon as possible. So in a nutshell, try your best to avoid being frustrated and try going to another Costco tire center.
