I've probably visited it dozens of times but never thought to review it until recently. The shopping center offers a ton of shops, restaurants, a great Wegman's grocery store, a movie theater, and more. I frequent CAVA, Chipotle, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Wegman's, Izakaya 68, and several of the shops (J.Crew Factory, DSW, Michael's). It's convenient and has a great variety of businesses, but the traffic in and out can be a little crazy. Other than the occasionally crazy parking or traffic to get in and out, it's a really convenient shopping center.

It makes such a difference when customers are greeted with easy access to parking right by an…read moreentrance. It feels like a small thing, but it sets the tone for the entire shopping experience. When vendor employees take those prime spots, it can definitely feel like they're taking away that initial "wow" factor, especially for guests who are looking to get in and out quickly. It would be great if businesses could implement better internal policies around this--like designating employee parking further away or offering incentives for those who park in spots further from the store. That way, they create a better first impression for customers, which could definitely have an impact on overall sales and satisfaction.

The selection is always great, but you have to be in a certain state of mind to come and peruse through the endless racks of clothing items. Every department seems so much more organized and that provides some relief when looking forbitems. In the shoe department they no longer have shoes in boxes, but on racks which l am not too crazy about, but fir efficiency and order, it works. The bathroom is clean and well lit and the staff are pleasant and will assist you on the floor (when you can snatch one!). Such an improvement in the overall look and function of this location that l plan to make this my go-to one.

But they have never put the Simons name on the marquee. They have a convenience store which is suspicious and a Dollar Store, liquor store, Cleaners but half the other spaces are unoccupied. The McDonalds closed with no announcement and a few other stores that never seem to do much business. This could be a great money maker but it is pretty lame in its service. 06/17/2018 It is true a few shops have moved in- Pappas, Fortunado Miko, Smoke, Dollar Store and all utilized. But "unsavory characters" hanging outside that Convenience Store Is a challenge customers. However, in the last several weeks, suspicious characters are not pan-handling customers attempting to enter one of the restaurants. And I have no issues with the Convenience Store. Perhaps some security should be visible. That empty store that once housed the laundry has been vacant 6 years at least. Why? Upon tasting, our ribs were good: perfectly seasoned and fresh; the wings were rotisserie roasted and were good as well; the cake was just ok for us fresh with coconut flakes held on by white buttercream; the strawberry cheesecake was just ok; the glazed nuts were good as well.
