Hell, the only advertisement for this place that exists is a road sign on the corner. The store has been around for at least forty years. Charles, who was an art professor at UMD, and his wife Darcy are the only employees. They import goods from the UK and Ireland, traveling there yearly to scope out what's good. What isn't from Europe is a selection of pottery, postage, tea towels, etc from the east coast. I love their goods. Everything is quality, everything is so well sought out. Their two-tone cardigans are so cute, and they're honestly priced fair for what they are. This store is so lovely, and the effort put into sourcing the wool goods and curating the storefront is so palpable. I also love chatting with the owners. Please, please pay these guys a visit, if not for their 100% (which is rare these days) wool sweaters then for the atmosphere and the knickknacks and literally everything else.
