Now to my surprise they have t-shirts (most I saw were vulgar and not gift worthy), blankets, games, a lot of mugs & water bottles, and the back has adult section. They have lingerie, toys, games and more. That was a bit new to see that in this store...it wasn't X rated!! Still cool place for a variety of items and I recommend this store. Tip: go on weekdays if possible since store has limited space. Also there is no getting around in wheelchair and crutches may be tricky too. Only gave 3/5 b/c overcrowding & not really handicap accessible. I'm sure Spencer's can fix these problems and then I will give them 5/5.

When my son first went to pick up the suit they were about to let him walk out of there without it being altered but still were going to charge him for the alterations. Then Saturday we went to pick the suit up and one of the suits as totally messed up. The sleeves were so short and the guy there REFUSED to do anything about it. I'm sure if he had a suit like that he wouldn't wear it but he expects my son to wear it. My son is so distraught because he worked hard to get the money to pay for this suit and now he can't wear it. He is out $120 because your store manage REFUSE to do anything about it. My son said that when he bought the suit he specifically asked the guy if he can make the sleeves longer and the said, emphatically, yes. Of course he's going to say yes because he wanted the money. I am very disappointed with your services and I am going to make sure that everyone knows the bad service they will get if they go to this store. I went on a Friday evening unsure of how busy it would be. The store was not busy at all, I was able to go to the Amazon returns counter and not stand in a line. The girl working the returns DID talk on her personal phone the entire time, but I don't think that's a reflection on Kohl's. The parking lot could use an upgrade in lighting, but the store itself was clean and organized. The employees were friendly and they had the shoes I wanted in stock!

I immediately found the Samsonite luggage, but there was a security tag on the zipper preventing my inspection. I sought out a Kohl's employee to assist with the Samsonite luggage inspection. The Kohl's employee escorted me to a cashier who removed the security tag. I inspected the Samsonite luggage and found it acceptable to purchase. I then got on the Kohl's checkout line. Please note Kohl's checkout line was long, but it is worth it for the savings. I was honored to have Kohl's employee: Jennifer B. as my cashier. Jennifer B. offered me to sign up for Kohl's credit card to receive additional discounts. I declined Kohl's credit card offer. I received the sixty percent (60%) for the Samsonite luggage purchase. My friend checked out at another register and received an additional Kohl's discount due to a family members' account. Jennifer B. was made aware of the additional discount and escorted me to Kohl's Customer Service. Jennifer B. requested my friends' family member account information and applied it to my recent purchase. I received an additional discount on my Samsonite luggage purchase. I appreciate the excellent customer service provided at this Kohl's location. It was well worth the trip from Baltimore, MD.
