I came in yesterday and was browsing on the sports bra area, someone came and reserve a changing room for me but was gone after. There were lots of new and young employees but no one was helping the customers, I overheard conversation from employees about their works and etc. I have tried different sizes but no one was checking on me. I rather go back to the lululemon in the mosaic district Fairfax because they take care of me like a customer. Well to start the people we super friendly! However we were in Baltimore for a cheer event and took my daughter for some shopping. Bought hundreds of dollars of clothing. Much to our surprise after we got back home to Pennsylvania all the clothes still had all the security tags on them. I tried calling the store but no associate answered. I did leave a message with details including a transaction number and still have yet to receive a call 3 days now. Very frustrated that hundreds of dollars of clothes are just sitting here. Word of warning make sure you do there job and check to make sure security tags are taken off. I've taken advantage of their free alterations! This is a pretty standard lululemon store- limited selection of men's clothing, a great selection of women's clothing - almost all is athletic, though you'll find some casual and very few business casual athletic (yoga pants that look like kackis) clothing. Mostly the quality is pretty high and durable. The downside is really the price. Something things are a bit expensive, others are massively expensive. One nice thing the chain does is provide reusable bags instead of plastic. They come in unique sizes, including a small one I've used as a lunch bag. read more

I'm sorry this location rubbed me the wrong way. I don't know if anyone remembers back in the day when Lulu was making pants that were semi sheer. Regardless I understand if you're a size 12 you don't try and stuff your butt into a size 4 as you will see some sheerness. So I always by my size or a size up. I don't go up to Baltimore often but when I saw the store I was like man I have to go check out their diggs. I bought a pair of pants and and items on clearance. Which is awesome and I got a pretty good deal but I can't complain about. However I bought a pair of pants that were exactly in my size. I have a super packed closet that is stocked consisting new clothes with the price tags still on them. So I try on my pants and lo and behold they are see-through! Once employee kind of even cotton attitude with me saying I shouldn't be complaining since I got them at the deal. Umm..hello, I whipped out my receipt showing that I paid full price for them. I called the store explaining my situation and they were not having it. Everyone seemed clueless. I asked them to take my number down and have their manager call me. I never got a call back. Finally I called corporate and corporate told me well just go back to the location or any other Lulu and they can probably exchange them for you. Because I was giving the runaround it was definitely over the two week return time. Even though I still had my receipt the store would not budge. Maybe it was my fault for trusting them and not trying them on it first. But also keep in mind they do the old retail hustle where the mirrors are tinted and the dressing room is a little darker. I love Lululemon and am happy to have our little real store here in Harbor East. It's about half the size of Annapolis but I can understand how floor space is harder to come by in the city. They actually have a lot packed into this little space. They have a wonderful jacket that I'm keeping my eyes on. Do I need $198 jacket? Not so much but it can be converted from a winter all around jacket/running jacket to a spring jacket and Lululemon is special. It outlasts all the cheap stuff and has so much style. Lululemon also offers free alterations on anything. Including pieces you've already worn. Don't forget to check out the sales rack by the fitting rooms! read more

Unhappy customer here. My boyfriend went into this store with a gift card his friend had gifted to him. He didn't have the physically card because he was traveling but had a picture of it. His closet is 90% Lululemon because he's a yoga instructor. He was told by an uninformed sales person that he can't use the gift card unless he had the physical card with him. Truth be told, that's bullshit. I called the store and spoke to the manager on duty (Caroline) who was very professional at handling the situation seeing I was pretty upset. I asked her about payment methods and why he couldn't have just added the gift card to the Lululemon app and payed like that. She said he could have. So basically, my boyfriend didn't know he could pay via Lululemon app and was not informed by anyone in the store. He left without purchasing anything. 1. That is poor customer service. How do you not know about your own company payment methods? 2. That is taking away from the sales of the store. 3. My boyfriend left unhappy because he couldn't use his gift card even though we've spent THOUSANDS of dollars at Lululemon in the past years. 4. Unacceptable 5. Educate your employees to drive sales and retain customers. 6. It's YOUR job as Lululemon representatives to tell us about your app, services and everything else! I could probably just cut and paste my review of Lululemon Boise in here and it would apply. Yes, I have to go to Lululemon when I'm in a new city. They all have different stuff and the stores by my house sell out of all the cool things almost immediately. This is a "show room." Tiny store, testing out the market to see if they can put up a larger shop in the area. It seemed like an odd location for a Lululemon. Usually they are in hipster/yuppy districts, and I didn't quite get that vibe from this block. Didn't seem like there was a lot of foot traffic, either. Maybe it's an up and coming part of Baltimore. I wouldn't know. They have bizarre hours, and I think the sales rep told me they are only open Thursday through Saturday. It was Tuesday, but the front door was open from deliveries. Despite being closed, they let me in and offered me all the help I needed. I didn't find anything I wanted, since the store only has the very basics. Either way, glad to see the brand is expanding. I've been coming here since they had their boutique store on Aliceanna and am very impressed with the new digs. Before I go any further: SHOP HERE WITH YOUR DOG! There's a bowl and treats waiting for them up front and they are happy to accommodate you both. Now that they've moved, they are a average-sized store with an actively rotating line. I love coming in here and seeing what's new. Some clothes fit oddly, like huge boxy sweaters, but I appreciate that they are trying to sell more to-and-fro clothing. I've purchased a few items from that collection. What you will never get me out of is their Wunder Unders. Keep making them because they keep us yogis very happy. I don't care about the price as much because they are the thickest, most high quality pants you can buy. Love. read more

Everyone already knows that Lululemon is top-notch athletic wear, so this review is mainly for the service at this location. Absolutely wonderful ladies work here. I wandered in while walking down Aliceanna Street and had to go in even though I'd just been to a Lulu in Bethesda a week beforehand. Each location has a totally different selection of fabrics, so you never know what you're going to find. When I started browsing through a rack of Wunder Under crops, one of the employees (the girl who also runs Firefly Facials.. can't remember her name) came over and told me that they had quite a few more colors and sizes in the back. I probably tried on like 10 or 12 pairs of crops that she brought out for me. After I picked out a few goodies to buy, I stayed and chatted with the employees for a good 20 minutes. They were so sweet and gave me, a new Bmore resident, tips on places to eat and explore. They also gave me passes to a few of the local gyms in the area so I could try them out and find one I liked. This Lulu location also sponsors free yoga sessions. In the winter, they hold them in the showroom. During the warmer parts of the year, they hold the sessions in Patterson Park under the pagoda. On top of that, they have a running club to encourage people to do some cardio activity. I really don't think you could find a better group of people to run this showroom. I first caught wind of this clothing line from a few friends at the gym where I work out. The only store close by was in Annapolis, until the Baltimore Showroom opened this past year. The showroom is smaller than other stores and only opened Thursday-Saturday, but well worth the visit. If you are in need of some quality workout wear, this is the place to go! The customer service is absolutely superb! I usually bring my children with me to shop here because they are entertained with toys and very patient lulu staff while I can try on things! The clothing is very trendy and fun. They have new colors and styles cycling through all the time. Even driving by the store, makes me excited for new lulu clothes! Baltimore Lululemon is very active in the fitness community as well. They are always offering free yoga and hold a running club. You can find their staff and brand ambassadors all over Baltimore- working out with Baltimoreans and being fashionable doing so! read more

Right in the swank Harbor East area, it's decent athletic equipment for a hefty price tag. The staff was quick to acknowledge us, ask what we were looking for and then leave us be. I was able to get my hands on a yoga mat that was meant to wick the sweat from hands and feet and prevent sliding. It was on sale for $40. Honestly, if you're shopping down in that area, it's probably exactly what you're looking for. We happened to have brunch around the corner and were walking off a pitcher of sangria before driving back to the county. Still, the girls who worked there were very nice, helpful and the store was immaculate. Someone from corporate would be very pleased. read more

FINALLY, a stand alone Lulu store! No longer do I have to drive out to Annapolis or look through the bare bones selection at certain gyms, or ordering online (I hate buying clothing online, I need to try it on first). For whatever reason it took me a long time to actually find this place. Literally, I'm in Fells all the time and knew where it was but could never find it. Yesterday while driving by, I saw it, pulled over, and ran into the store. It is a showroom store, so it's very small. No sale rack, but they do have a pretty standard selection of clothing. I honest to God don't mind spending $91 on pants to essentially sweat in. I'll own these pants until the end of time. Lulu clothing is redic durable and insanely comfortable. The customer service, as with every other Lulu store, is the best. You will never find better customer service anywhere else. Now that I know where this place is, I'll be back. read more

I am extremely displeased with the customer service at this location. I love yoga, but I am by no means a yogi. Despite purchasing my mat from the store a while ago, if I said I'd practiced more than 30 times on this mat, that would be a stretch. But, this mat is EXTREMELY slippery. I'd been practicing for a while with towels, wiping off my hands and feet and using them to stable myself, but I've noticed that when I'm sliding all over my mat, nobody else in the practice seems to have a problem on theirs. A friend told me how great the customer service is at Lulu, so I stopped in to the location in Annapolis over my holiday break from school (I am a second year medical student). The employee I talked with told me to try soaking my mat in dawn soap and water overnight, and to try practicing again, but if that didn't help, to take my mat to the Harbor East or Columbia locations (since I live in Baltimore City) and they would "damage it out". So I did as she said, but still slid all over my mat (and when I say slide, I couldn't even do a warrior 2 or a down dog without my hands/feet slipping out from under me). So, I took the time out of my day today (at the expense of a workout in order to finish all of the coursework that medical school demands) to drive to the Harbor East location to share this experience. The employee in the store never looked at my mat and barely let me finish talking before he told me that my mat is just old, and so needs a replacement, but that he would not "damage it out". Frustrated, I tried to relate what the Annapolis employee had told me, but he simply said, "I don't know why she would tell you that," and looked at me. I said there is no way I'd purchase another expensive mat from their store, or any of their goods for that matter, if they are unwilling to communicate between stores or own up to a defective product. What is surprising to me, is that this is SO UNLIKE what I've heard from other people who had similar problems and had their mats/pants/products replaced without issue. As a future physician with many friends who will be future professionals, and the daughter of two physicians who frequent the store, I can make sure that my friends and family will not again shop from this expensive brand, and will perhaps look to Athleta or Prana who have had excellent products and customer service. This being said about the location, after I posted my review, I decided to live-chat the customer service at Lululemon online. The educator, Emma, was very helpful and after a brief discussion was able to offer store credit in accordance with their quality assurance policy. I really appreciate her help and would offer this part of my interaction with the company 5/5 stars! read more

Awesome service, very friendly and knowledgable staff. Lululemon clothes are comfortable and fit really well. I'm short, so it's nice that they offer free hemming. The shop is also pet friendly, so you can sometimes see cute furry pups coming in for some water. I know that the prices are steep, but the clothes that I've tried on just look so good that it MAKES me want to work out :) So maybe the price includes a bit of motivation! read more

From the moment I walk in the door I feel welcomed and the vibe of the Harbor East store is incredible. The store is pretty average in size but set up beautifully and the employees will help you find the perfect fit and style for you.
