Great experience here. I haven't had great customer service at a location near me so I looked up other locations. This one had mostly good reviews so I decided to give them a try. It's sorta in the cut so it's easy to miss. It's near Chik-fil-A for a point of reference. Clumsy me dropped my brand new (well two months new) phone and messed up the screen protector. I was able to get it replaced here. It literally took two minutes. Thank you Tarrell for great service! I will visit this location again. read more

I've frequently visited this store over the past year with the same dismal results. There is one male associate that I believe to be an assistant manager that is respectable, polite and helpful but the rest of the store associates including the store manager ( as of 1/3/2026 ) are rude, difficult to get service from and disrespectful. If you are there to improve their metrics (via sales) your visit will be okay...if for any other reason, avoid the visit. read more

He painstakingly switched over our Sprint phones and Apple Watches to T-mobile after informing my husband of a special discount for military services. Go, Air Force!! Hoorah ! We saved @ $141 a month! Amazing savings for this crazy time of work schedule changes due to Covid! So not only did we get our SIM cards changed, we got to be professionally cared for by "J" is T-moble! Not unlike Jake from State Farm, our special savings made us feel extra special!!! We began at Costco, then when the new iPhone arrived, I met him at the Dobbin Road store, and it was such a smooth trransition. I see why this location has a perfect rating on Yelp. Dale and Betty have been extremely awesome. You know how, when you go to any phone carrier location, they would always try and pressure you to buy more expensive plans, phone protection, sell your soul to the devil, any item they have available, etc. Well, not this place. In fact, they offered an even cheaper plan. I was quite shocked. I didn't know how to handle this offer. In the end, I decided to get the senior discount plan for my parents (both over 55 years old) for a flat rate of $70 a month (originally $80 but auto pay takes $5 off each phone). They were paying $167 a month at Verizon. The whole process took about 20 minutes and my experience there has exceeded my expectations in terms of service, friendliness and honesty. If you're anywhere in the DMV area and is looking to switch over to T Mobile, you have GOTS to go here. read more

Horrible experience. Went last night and they couldn't even add a line . They had no idea even how to log into the computer. I was ready to walk out as soon as I saw they had no clue. Very untrained staff, they could not even do the simplest of tasks like looking up our account. I knew then that they could not add a line or upgrade a phone. very disappointed. Will not be coming back. Even the woman who had manager on her name tag had no idea of anything. They seemed to be shocked to have to actually do some work on their shift. This store is excellent. The customer service I received was above and beyond what I expected! I spoke with Cliff and he was helpful, engaging and went over and beyond what I expected in customer service. (I tried another store in Laurel and I felt like all they wanted to do was sell me a phone and not listen to what i had to say) not cliff. He listened, was helpful and ported me in a timely manner even after I gave him the wrong old phone company account number. I'm not easily impressed but I sure was with this store and salesman. Worst customer service I have ever received. Theo workers. Ames Sylvia or something and the other guy didn't help us regarding anything. I kept asking them about familywhere and instead of helping me they kept not giving me right answers. If they said that they don't know I would've understand but instead they proceed to not paying attention. Moreover, she proceeds to say that " that's rude" when I told her that it seems like she doesn't know. Moreover, we asked about FRQ more thing regarding the line we were adding, and the guy was on his Instagram instead of helping us and giving us attitude. Worst customer service ever. read more

I brought in my ZTE smartwatch to this T-Mobile location due to technical issues. The T-Mobile staff members: Betty and Luz were receptive to the issues that I was having with my smartwatch. It was discovered that my ZTE smartwatch froze and was having a glitch. Once the issues were resolved, I was given a tutorial on how to utilize the ZTE smartwatch. Stopped by store to have my old phone info transferred to my new phone. Was impressed by how clean and modern the store appeared and also with the immediate friendly greeting I received. My old phone was jam full and running super slow with the transfer. I was helped by an associate named Quazi, who was very patient in making sure the transfer was a success (took about 30 mins for full content transfer) and offered me a seat while I waited. He was nice enough to continue checking on me and never made me feel like I was wasting anyone's time/space, since I wasn't buying anything. Overall the customer service was excellent! I went in T-Mobile to upgrade two phones. Although the service was great they failed to inform us on what to do when our phones arrived. When the phones arrived my mother and I removed our sims card from the phones we wanted to upgrade, and placed them in the newer phones. Little did we know that there was already sims cards in each. So us doing what we've done with past phones removed the sims card from the new phones and inserted our old ones. When we were in the process of setting up our phones we experienced some problems. Her phone didn't update, but mine did. At some point in the day we had to remove our sims cards seeing that they weren't doing anything for the phones, and never fully activated our phones. My mother googled the issue to see that it's RECOMMENDED that you keep the current sim card in the new phone. Then an hour or two later we then get the email TELLING US WHAT TO DO. read more
