The worst T-Mobile I've ever been to, more than one employee flat out hid in the back to avoid helping us when we walked in. There was a line of people already waiting, the employee Chris straight up lied to my husband and told him he could not connect Bluetooth android headphones to a new iPhone (completely incorrect). AWFUL service. Rude manager and incompetent employees. attempted to contact the employee who helped us start the plans with promotions and deals we never recieved. Manager did not offer solutions instead spoke condescendingly contineously with no help. Confirmed multiple times and both manager and employees do not stand on their words. denies any wrong doing even though the total cost currently is more than 1k than previously quoted. took no responsibilities what so ever. I HATE T-Mobile. I switched from Verizon because I was promised $450 to pay off the rest of my phone with the "keep and switch" promotion. The gift card I was given did not work and so I was forced to pay $500 out of my pocket. I was then told by a supervisor I would receive a $450 check in the mail to make up for the huge lie the promotion was. I still have not received my money and have wasted $500 based off of a lie. This company SUCKS!!! I have never been so angry at a company in my entire life. They owe me $500!!! read more

The best mobile expert: JUSTIN KURTZ (Store 2937-columbia mall), he literally fixed our phone in less than a minute when I spent 5 hours in another T-mobile store the same day, for the same issue which they said would not be fixable and we were told to buy 3 new phone because the data would not work with samsung phones of Verizon to T-mobile while Justin fixed it in less than a minute!!!!! I went to T-Mobile yesterday to exchange my i-phone. I thought it would be a quick process to switch the phones out... it took over 3 hours! Apparently the new IOS 11 made its debut, and my new phone needed to have the new system. Despite the fact that I was tired from working all day, and hungry, Durrell, the gentleman who assisted me, was very patient. He was so calm and collected as he worked on my phone. (I mean its not his fault it took forever for the systems to download, and then my icloud had to sync). I'm really happy that he assisted me, because he made ME calm and continue to be patient through that entire process. He was so knowledgeable about the services, and accessories T-Mobile offered.
