    Problems continue with Verizon not correcting charges. From February contact: - finally refunded the trade-in value they charged erroneously and gave the trade-in credit. -Discovery+ charges ceased, but no credit of $87 received yet for continued charges after cancellation. -Connected Car charges continue after cancellation. New problems: -A $10 charge for 100 mb hotspot on all 5 lines that we did not order. Everyone needs to be carefully checking the statements from Verizon.

    They do not even deserve one star. I brought a new phone and was to have the old phone content…read moretransfered to the new phone. My content is not in the phone or the pictures that can never be replace. Plus it is not the phone I chose to buy. It has some other persons information on it. It is not a new phone like I paid for but someone elses phone. Who has my phone which has pictures I can never replace. Especially the pictures of my son who was killed in a car accident at the age of 15 years old. It is like they killed him again. So after talking to a Verizon agent I was told to take my phone back and if they did not return my phone with its contents I should call the police. Wish me luck.

    It should be made very clear to customers that "in-direct" stores such as the one in BJs isn't a…read moretrue Verizon Wireless store, although Verizon's logo is on the store front, and that if you are looking for Verizon Wireless to back their service, you shouldn't EVER buy a phone from these "in-direct" stores. If you do, don't expect Verizon Wireless to be able to assist you should you have any problems. I pre-ordered a Galaxy S6 from this location and then later learned at BJs was offering a much better detail and had a wider variety of phones (in size and color) which they could guarantee would be in store on the 10th when the phone was released. When I tried to cancel my pre-order I learned (after MANY hours on the phone with the BJs kiosk manager and Verizon Wireless's customer service) that I could not cancel the order. The problem was due to the fact that the BJs kiosk was an "in-direct store" and Verizon Wireless cannot control their system. The in-direct store's core support requires the phone's ID to cancel the pre-order. In order to get the phone's ID I would have to wait for the phone to arrive in the store, go in-person to talk to the kiosk and then wait for the manager to call the in-direct support number and have them cancel the order. No one could tell me how long it would take to cancel the order in the system. Perhaps several business days. I would understand this practice if I was trying to switch providers, but I am simply trying to RENEW my Verizon Wireless account and get the phone I want. Next time I will avoid this drama and go straight to a "real" Verizon Wireless store.

One of the necessities of city living, is having some type of security system for your home. I researched several companies and decided upon a highly recommended one, in First Security. First we met the sales representative, Jeremy, who was quite knowledgable about his competition and of course his company. He shared the differences First Security offered and every one of his points of contention were quite valid. I believed his straight forwardness and honest approach and agreed to utilize their services. Now the installation. Larry Conner was their man. This man had so much knowledge about his company, the alarm company they work with and every little detail one could ever ask for. He had the entire system set up in about an hour and completely covered every detail of their system. I was totally able to turn off, or turn on any part of their alarm from anywhere in the world. That was truly a feature we just loved. In early December we returned to our home, to find we had no heat in the upstairs of our home. Since the entire heating system had just been installed, we were totally baffled why this was happening. Was it our alarm installation? Did the installation effect the heating system? We called Larry to discuss the situation. He agreed to come back to the house to check out his installation and to be sure it wasn't caused by him. In an extremely professional manner, Larry explained why it couldn't be caused by the new security installation. He was so concerned that we didn't have heat, he called us at least 4-5 times during the week to see if we found the cause. That was far beyond his job description, but we truly appreciated his concern. We finally discovered by an electrician, that the wiring for our upstairs heating system was done incorrectly and the original gentleman who installed it, came back to repair the problem. Everything ended well, but we were totally taken back by the concern of First Security, We strongly recommend using their services. Totally first class in every way.

The staff really work hard to make sure…read morethat you are totally satisfied with your install, as well as troubleshooting or addressing anything that comes up along the way. For me it's those two things that really stand out. Customer service and "it just works." In terms of customer service, it's hard to do better. The company's response time to questions is very fast. That's pretty much what you want. As for "it just works," the Alarm.Com system and equipment they are a dealer for really gives you peace of mind. It's actually secure. I could not be more pleased to work with and recommend the company.
