They had no other batteries. They reached out to the Columbia Best Buy which had the correct battery, but couldn't get to mine that day because "they had other phones to work on." They then incorrectly informed me that the Annapolis Apple Store had the correct battery, which they did not. They couldn't even process my refund correctly and charged me for making my phone completely non-functional! I spoke to both the Geek Squad and store managers who did nothing to help me and acted as if they bore no responsibility for putting a dead battery in my phone. They kept saying they offered me multiple options to get my phone fixed, but when I asked which option would result in my phone getting fixed that day, they can no idea. This was even after I informed them I needed my phone for work. This on top of generally slow service, awkward interactions, and huge lines at the Geek Squad area. I did not feel cared for as a customer and will not be going back.

The price was UP THERE but probably fair, given that they replaced the whole motherboard, and while it took a long time, that was mostly due to them having to wait for the new motherboard to arrive. Still, the only reason I'm even willing to give two stars is the fact that it FUNCTIONS after they returned it. EDIT: Since yelp is annoying and doesn't let you(?) delete reviews. I had the unfortunate experience of opening a evite dinner invitation attachment on an email from a known acquaintance which turned out to be a Remote Access Trojan (RAT). I tried several times to clean my hard drive with Nord VPN Threat Malware and Malwarebytes programs which found nothing. A backdoor was established on my laptop and I could see the intruder's mouse pointer navigating throughout my laptop while my mouse pointer was disabled. The only solution to stop it was to sever the internet connection. The issue persisted for several days when I would reconnect the internet. The intruder wasn't always present but I could see when they were. The intruder got into my Google password manager, Quicken account and attempted to make Amazon purchases. I was running out of airspeed and ideas and recognized that I needed professional assistance. I researched locally for an I.T. firm and found Will Get IT Done. I met with Will who examined my 7 year old laptop and he recommended I simply replace it as the cost to wipe it clean/replace the hard drive and reload would be comparable to a replacement. Although working just fine prior to the intrusion, given the age of my laptop I took Will's advice and purchased a new laptop. Will and Nicholas transferred all of my clean files from the old to the new laptop in their lab leaving the RAT in the old hard drive. I am now back in great shape.
