After weeks of consternation I gave Mid-Atlantic a call and dropped it off to Aaron, who was nothing but courteous and professional. He had given me a price for the diagnostic ($75) and kept me updated with the progress of the laptop, informing me of his next steps in repair as well as his Plans A, B, and C. The laptop is as good as new. Because of our open dialogue I knew he exhausted every logical option and troubleshooted to the best of his ability. I knock on wood that any of our laptops would need any fixing, but I am confident I know where I'm going next time such a thing happens.

I was the Executive Editor of a non-profit which had for 4 years wanted to redesign our WordPress-based website. My colleague had heard good from his colleague at another firm about ElevationWeb & after a quick chat our confidence grew. It's hard to express his impressive and totally above & beyond professional. We're in their debt because they went so far above & beyond all our requests (& there were very very many) for literally dozens of hours. As a senior frontend developer in my day job, I understand the high bill costs & work stress this kind of overrun causes. I still to this day a year after launch am totally humbled even embarrassed that they did so so so much for us. Their design work is so incredibly sturdy, they took our many dozens of pages of textual ideas & returned a design proposal in a live web mockup that made sense for our national board of non-tech people. Their excitement spurred our media team to continue this work & ElevationWeb is truly totally to thank for guiding, fostering, mentoring, listening, everything. I just can't write, say, or do enough to thank them as the bills & charges are insufficient so here I am to encourage you to seek them for all your nonprofit website needs. Bonus is their ability to share & feel our heartfelt cause as a nonprofit. We now feel theirs in kind & daily enjoy using our new site. It's my pleasure to use Yelp for great food daily, but on this point of web design, I want to underscore how much more this review means than my average one, for work, for the non-profit of which I'm a part, for its cause, etc.

David met me on my premises and came with all of the tools he needed and more. For instance, upon installing the hard drive, he had brought a device with him that extracted all of the files in my old hard drive and re-installed them into my new hard drive, and he installed Windows for me using a license key he brought (which was cheaper than the price I would've paid for Windows otherwise). He made the process so easy, and he thought of everything. He even checked in with me later on to ensure the laptop was running well and agreed to access my laptop remotely to help troubleshoot some issues I was still having. He stayed with me until it was running perfectly and all at no extra cost. After his additional troubleshooting, the laptop runs better than it did when I bought it brand new 5 years ago. Since my appointment with Beach Geeks, I have recommended them to my family members nearby and in other states, as his remote services allow him to assist with most troubleshooting issues from just about anywhere. If you want to be certain that a professional is handling your computer needs and that you have a knowledgeable tech that will go above and beyond to ensure that your needs are not only met but exceeded, look no further than Beach Geeks.
