Kara did a phenomenal job and was very patient working with me, I will definitely be coming back from more graphic design work from her.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful. Can fix anything. Personalized service. Prices are fair…read moretoo. The work they did for me: -replaced hard drives with solid-state drives in 2 computers. -added RAM memory to 1 computer. -installed Norton software on 4 computers. -purchased a USB adapter -removed pop-up ads -removed programs that were starting up at log-in that were unnecessary. -explained why I was getting a "blue screen". The battery needed to be replaced. It was worn out. Note: By fixing up my old PC I was able to save the cost of buying a new PC. I also purchased a used Apple Mini Ipad that is working perfectly.

I brought my Microsoft Surface Pro 9 in on October 13 with a shattered screen. David quoted $400…read morefor a genuine new screen + $200 labor. One week later, he showed me the laptop with the screen half-installed and claimed the internal fan needed replacement too--I agreed. That's when I spotted the screen packaging clearly labeled "Refurbished." When I called him out, David insisted it was "new out of the box" and said I'd need to pay $80 more for a "new-new OEM" screen. I agreeed again. Picked it up October 29. The screen lit up briefly in-store, but that night, dark vertical bands appeared at the bottom. Over the next two weeks: * Cracks formed in one corner under normal use * Brightness control not working (both manual & auto) * One speaker grill was broken * Adhesive around the screen peeled loose I sent photos via text. Radio silence. Went in person with the laptop. David accused me of breaking it myself and refused to honor the 90-day warranty or offer any refund. Bottom line: Sold me a refurbished screen as new Charged extra for "OEM" after lying Delivered a defective product with additional damage Ignored texts, then stonewalled in person Avoid this shop. They prey on trust and hide behind fake warranties. I'm out $700+ and still need a real repair elsewhere.
