The representative explained that refunds are only available within 30 days of the charge, and because my request was outside that window, they were unable to issue any refund or prorated credit. To their credit, the customer support representative I spoke with was polite and helped confirm that auto-renew had been turned off for the remaining services so I would not be charged again in the future. However, the strict 30-day refund policy can be surprising if you later decide to move your services elsewhere.
