This is not specifically in reference to this store but to the company. Don't buy their bras I bought two online, they fit like nobody ever met a woman's body before, poor fabric, awful awful awful. Initiated a return and got an email confirming it, but no packing label I kept trying to get one. No help. Today customer service in chat tells me no record of return ever existed and they won't be helping. $100 worth of bras and this is how they treat you? Never again. read more

I came here because I saw that they bra fittings and I'm so glad I did. They have smart bras that calculate your size and it seems to be pretty accurate. I was helped by Renee and she was Soo helpful. Every bra she suggested fit so well and the ones that didn't she went and got one that fit better. The store was 25% off bras so I ended up getting 4 for less than $100, which I would say is close to a steal. I came in today and was warmly greeted by LeNesha. She told me about their current promotion, 30% off everything and Buy One Get One Half off select lines. I tried on several different bras with the assistance and feedback from LeNesha. Unfortunately, the fit wasn't very flattering on a handful of styles. Fortunately after perusing the store, I found a style that fit. I got one in nude and another in black. The black one wasn't available in the store so LeNesha placed the order online for me, and it will be shipped to me free of charge in 8-14 days. I also had a coupon for $10 off any purchase for my birthday. Both bras at retail price would have been $84, but with the promotions and my coupon I got it for $34.10 before taxes. I got two bras for less than a price of one bra. Score! I loved my experience today thanks to the customer service from LeNesha and the amazing discounts. I'm a happy customer and will read more

I recently realized I was wearing drastically the wrong bra size for most of my adult life. I thought that I would get a professional fitting to find out my correct bra size, and my husband found this place and made an appointment for me. I should have realized how unprofessional they are when they never called to set the time as we were promised when we made the appointment. When I called them to ask about it, they acted as though they were entirely unaware of the appointment at all. The person who worked with me measured me loosely, hastily, and over heavy clothing. She continually refused to listen to me and overrode all of my concerns with insistence that she was right and I was wrong. I had to prove to her that the size she was bringing me wasn't right, but even then, she wouldn't let me try on the size I wanted to. I ended up buying only one bra because it was the only one that seemed to fit correctly, but once I brought it home and wore it a couple of times, I realized that indeed I was right, and the band was too big on that one too. Nonetheless, I tried washing it and wearing it again to ensure that I was not mistaken before returning it. And then I can't really explain what happened. I asked my husband to find the receipt so that I could return it, but he couldn't. I couldn't remember exactly what the return policy was, and I was busy with travel, and because I wanted to exchange it rather than simply return it, it wasn't something I could ask someone else in the family to do on my behalf. At the same time, I dreaded going back and potentially encountering the same associate and having to argue again about what my size should be. In the end, when I went in to try to exchange it, it was after the 60-day deadline, and they refused. But I wouldn't have dreaded going back so much if I hadn't had such an absolutely terrible experience when I'd gone the first time. Don't come here because you think they will help you with a proper fitting and actually finding your bra size. They won't. read more

I hate shopping, but Soma is an entirely different (and enjoyable) experience! The store is well-organized and well-lit, the dressing rooms are clean and quite nice, the associates are beyond amazing (I cannot stress this point enough), and the products are of excellent quality. They also have some good sales and member rewards. I love this location in particular (although to be fair it's the only one I've been to). It's like shopping with friends, but those friends are also bra experts. The associates make sure to remember your name, accurately size you, help you find what you're looking for, and make great recommendations. They seem genuinely interested in helping you find something that fits and flatters your body type. Like I said at the top, I hate shopping, but I could hang out at Soma all day. After I discovered Soma I have never stepped foot in Victoria Secret again. read more

My daughter has a difficult time finding bras that fit (as do most women...). I took her to Soma after her trying to find something at several other stores in the mall. I was worried that it was a little pricey but she needed good, supportive bras so I was willing to spend a little extra to help her out. We love sales, so we always hit a sale rack first. This particular day, the sale rack was an additional 30% off. We started trying on different styles and sizes to no avail so I asked the associate, Kya, to fit her. Kya was so helpful, bringing us different styles, colors and even ordering us sale styles online that weren't available in the store. I wasn't even shopping for myself, but I ended up finding one I love too. I had mentioned to Kya that we were first time customers, and that my sister in law shops there, and that's why we decided to give it a try. We left with 3 bras + one ordered online for just over $100. Much more reasonable than I had expected. I'm a fan and will not made regular stops into Soma when I'm at the mall. read more

Seriously, this place is awesome. I was measured (accurately!!!) and have the first bra that fits well in years. The bras themselves are very well made, which is important if your girls are on the larger side. Victoria's Secret bras cannot hold a candle to Soma. Since my girls *are* larger, bras tend to wear out faster. And every single bra I've owned from VS has at some point had the underwire break through and stab me in the boob. That's super fun if you're out and about and can't change your bra. You do your best by discreetly shoving the underwire back into its slot only for it to pop back up and stab you again. Anyway, Soma. My bra is comfortable and my girls look good. The sales associate there was SO helpful (Jolene?). Seriously, she found a solution to my bra problem. I'm in my 30s. It should not have taken this long to get a decent bra. She took the bull by the horns and figured it out. They were having a sale where I could get TWO bras for just slightly more than one at VS. Score! Also, Soma has a MUCH classier vibe than VS. I'm not bombarded by hot pink or tons of cosmetics. I go to a lingerie store to buy lingerie, not nail polish or an iPhone case. Soma does have about three different fragrances, but they are discreet and not shoved at eyeball level while standing in line. While checking out, they let me know they were throwing a fragrance sample in with the bras. That's helpful, because some people are highly sensitive to scent. Not me- bring it on- but I think that was a nice gesture. For excellent bras, customer service and a nicer experience, try Soma. I'd personally rather not be in ten foot long cattle herd just to buy a sub-par bra. read more

But when they send me promotional emails that don't actually work despite meeting all of their terms and conditions, and they have a chat feature that never works, then I'm done.
