Wilson's has two locations in Arundel Mills Mall, and both are outlets of their main stores…read morewherever they are. That means outlet pricing, like seven hundred dollar jackets marked down to two hundred. Not sure where these people are who are paying seven hundred for a jacket, or if everything just get shipped straight to the outlets with a nod and wink, but two hundred for the jackets they sell ain't bad at all. They also have purses, accessories, and any number of other things made out of leather, and the selection and knowledgeable people make it a great place just to go in and look around. This is the smaller location, so I was surprised to find an item that the larger store did not have. I guess it pays to look in both.

I did not find much on sale and the look was more of a preppy hippy style. I selected a only a shirt as I needed to return two shirts. Once I returned and purchased another I received a few dollars back. Believing this to be an outlet store, there were no outlet prices. If you are looking for a better price, selection and business attire, you may not find it here eventhough they were fairly attentive and nice here.

This beauty supply is pretty great! They are on the pricier side but they have a return policy so…read moreyou can get your money back for extra supplies you didn't end up using. A lot of other beauty supplies don't have this kind of policy so I love KC because with hairstyling and braiding, you have to buy enough products for your whole head, which means you may have overflow that isn't used. The only downside is they don't have every kind of hair that some other supplies have, so you may be limited in a type of pack or color. But if you're getting traditional styles, you should be able to find what you need quickly.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service…read more I'm very disappointed with the customer service at this establishment. Out of the few associates I encountered, including one of the owners, only one person was pleasant. The others came across as rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily snappy. I literally ended up in a verbal dispute with an associate because of the way she spoke to me. I could barely finish answering a question before she started cutting me off and talking over me instead of allowing me to speak. Her attitude was completely uncalled for, and the way she handled the interaction was unprofessionalr and disrespectful. What makes this even more disappointing is that this is my second negative experience at this establishment. Unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently unpleasant enough that I no longer feel comfortable returning. No customer should have to argue just to have a basic conversation or ask a simple question. Respect and professionalism go a long way, and unfortunately, that was missing from my experience here. I would advise others to be aware of the customer service before deciding to visit. I personally will not be returning. 0 stars
