9.28.22 A plethora…read moreof costumes and accessories for all ages and sizes. The only downside is the prices. On average, the nicer costumes were at least in the $39-50 range. It just seems wasteful to me to spend so much on a costume if it will only be worn once. What my husband really wanted was for us to dress up as the characters from Step Brothers with Will Farrell and John Reilly, but I couldn't bring myself to pay for the expensive costumes. We settled for other costumes. My husband found a priest shirt, which included a collar, cross, necklace, and flask for $29.99. I purchased a devil kit, which included a headband, choker, and tail for $14.99. The irony is that I am the goody two shoes and he's a devilish boy. Lol. I found a coupon code online for 20% off an item. I asked a staff member if the code could be used in the store and he said yes. My husband and I paid separately and were able to get 20% off for each. Sweet! Staff were friendly and helpful. Ready for our halloween party and glad we didn't pay a fortune for them.

I mentioned to them he only needed a belt for a superman costume. He got a one size fits most Superman costume 07386790 . He is forever Superman. They didn't have a fitting room to try on. Well, it didn't fit him. I had given him $40 for this trip and the costume was about $59.00. Since I owed the program money, they didn't send the receipt. I got the receipt and went to the store on Friday evening. I went to a bigger store in Catonsville hoping they would have the plus size for this costume. They didn't and told me even if they did, they didn't have the capability to make and exchange or return because the last day to do so was 10/24. I explained the situation and they gave me the corporate number and suggested I went to the Columbia store. I went to the Columbia store and told me if they had the plus size, they would have exchanged it, but they didn't. They suggested I went to 3 other stores. The one in Catonsville, which I had already gone to. One is Aspen Hill and Glen Burnie. I asked if they could call the store to please hold the costume and would go and they refused. Then, I called the corporate number. I spent 40 minutes waiting to speak to someone. The lady told me to put what happened in writing. Return the costume to the address she provided and take a photo of the return label. I am doing exactly that. All I wanted was the right size for the costume, now I want his money back. I am so sad to know the people serving others with special needs do not understand and are not flexible with their policies. I never thought Halloween was going to be ruined by just pure lack of understanding and human decency. I was chosen to be my son's voice, because unfortunately he can't express himself and his disappointment. Sincerely, Thania T. Torres

Accessories include handbags/wallets, sunglasses, jewelry, watches, fragrances, flip flops, and caps. They had sales, but I found the price tag to still be somewhat expensive. I like their apparel and the material seems to be high quality, but I don't like that their brand is imprinted on most apparel. I purchased a graphic tee today. It was on sale for $5 off. They have gift cards available. Staff were friendly. I was greeted upon entering and asked by an associate if I needed a fitting room. It took a minute before the associate saw me waiting by the fitting room as they were short-staffed. I would likely frequent this location if there were deeper discounts and less imprinted merch.

It only took me a second to find the size I needed which is rare. My only complaint is that the clerk tried to give me a hard time about my coupon being on my phone. Now I understand that printing your coupon is best but really I am showing you the email sent to me by Guess with the coupon while your telling me the coupon has an email. Barnicles! That small misunderstanding will not deter me from coming back, it encourages me to print coupons for more savings.

Bank would be a great idea! At the time, I thought we got a great deal, so we've added the additional options (pick-stitching, etc.). I loved the material we picked out, and it looked great when we had the first fitting. Of course, we needed some alterations done, like the waist and hem of the pants. The tailor also suggested that we also get the sleeves done a little bit too. For the second fitting, the tailor wasn't there. I thought it looked great at the time, but when we got home, we started to notice all the things that were wrong. 1. The sleeves that the tailor "fixed" were not even. I understand that some people's arms may be different lengths, but if the tailor had fixed it, she should've properly measured and made the custom suit fit him. 2. The vest does not fit flat on his chest, but the top has an awkward gap. 3. The behind. It looks like he went #2 and it just stayed there. We work out and are pretty fit. Pants should not look like this, especially custom ones. When the seamstress took in the waist, she didn't work on the entirety of the top, so it looks like he has a saggy behind (see pic). 4. The inseam of the pants have this weird ripple effect. This was done by the people who originally made the suit. It's so disappointing. (see pic) Even though they offer free alterations for custom suits, we will save our time and rather pay a seamstress that will do good work. The two stars are for the kind young gentleman who first helped us out. His service was great! We were also his first custom-suit sell, and he made our first shopping experience awesome.

But I especially like the tie selection. Fortunately it seems that everything is either on sale or about to be. It's not a very subtle marketing plan bit everyone seems to play along with it . . . . including me. Socks are about the only thing I would ever pay the "regular" price for here. And remember, "If it's not on sale today, it will be by this time next week.". Definately worth the return trip.
