*This review is for online pickup orders*…read more If you happen to not know, you can purchase Nordstrom department store items online for pick up at any Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack location. This is such a convenience! And you can also return Nordstrom department store items at a Nordstrom Rack location. However, this does not work the other way around; i.e. items purchased at Nordstrom Rack have to be picked up, and returned, at a Nordstrom rack location. So as of now-this is my go to store location for Nordstrom online purchase pickups! Parking is plentiful, but the lot stays packed with moderate to heavy traffic flow. Walking into the store, there is a huge sign on the back right wall that states "Men's fitting room/Alterations/Online Pick up". I also noticed stickers on the floor pointing in the same direction. However, since I wasn't at all familiar with this location, I walked passed a very small empty counter space and headed towards the wall sign, where another customer and I stood at the entrance of the men's fitting room for 10 mins. There was no one there and no one at the counter. It wasn't until the other customer walked away, and then finally flagged me down to join the line that was now forming at the small empty counter, that I knew where to pick up my orders. Point: it is not an obvious pick up counter, especially if no one is standing there. Also, I had two orders to pick up, but only one was confirmed ready for pickup, so I asked the customer service person about checking on the other order to see if it was also ready. They kindly stated that they would check, but wanted to take care of the other customers first (with confirmed ready for pickup orders). I complied, and started to browse the shoe department for about 20 mins. btw- the women's shoe dept didn't have a lot of options-perhaps already picked over from the holiday season. Finally, I found the same customer service person later on sorting through 'put back' items (from the dressing room, and returns from the registers), and asked again about my order, and they immediately said that nothing else was found for me, and my order may not have come in yet. I showed them my email that stated that my order was supposed to be ready for pick up today, and at the current time, it was four hours until store closing time. The customer service person then said that they will check again in the back. And To my surprise, they found my order, and they found another order that was supposed to be ready for a tomorrow pick up. So that was a very pleasant surprise. For the size and traffic through this store location, it is overall clean and neat. But the selection is overall lacking compared to other locations. However, it's a busy area, so great finds likely go fast. Highly recommend this location; just look for the small counter by the men's fitting room-and even press the service button (if it works) if there is no customer service person seen.

It's located in a busy shopping center with Marshalls and a bunch of other stores. First of all, they have a self-checkout! That I've never seen at any Ross. It's limited to 8 items. I had 5!There's an area where you get the security tags removed by an employee then you can proceed to the self check-out (only cards accepted at this part - no cash). Then another employee checks your receipt before leaving (Costco style). I like the concept and if you're not getting too many things, it's helpful. The lines with cashiers were very long so I'm glad I chose this option. I found some dresses and I needed a new bathroom rug, so I would say it was a good visit. I would come back again. Not necessarily go out of my way but my nail shop is around the corner.

I initially came into the store to find a gift for a friend…read more.. Long story short, I ended up with a gorgeous new lipstick red luggage set and a bag of my favorite dried apricots. (Don't worry, I ended up getting my friend a gift card!). I remember when this store used to be Bed Bath & Beyond, and I was so excited to discover that they turned it into a Marshalls. I couldn't wait to check it out. And it did not disappoint! The displays were neat and organized and filled with all sorts of beautiful, tempting things to take home. It's a little bit smaller than some of the other Marshalls stores I've been to, but I think it was laid out well. I wish they had more shoes in my size though. They had a pretty decent selection of shoes but nothing that I could wear. Back to my luggage... It was the first thing I noticed when I walked in the store. They had a rather impressive collection of suitcases available in a wide variety of styles.... Something to suit a broad variety of tastes. I spent an obscenely long time deciding between two equally gorgeous red luggage sets before finally deciding on the one that I bought. The suitcases appear to be of good quality in addition to looking absolutely stunning! They were also a really great price. I think the 29-in 8 wheel spinner suitcase was $79.99, while the smaller 25-in 8 wheel spinner suitcase was $69.99. Unfortunately, I was short on time so I didn't have the chance to spend as much time in the store as I would have liked. I did notice that the bath & body section had lots of seasonal pumpkin and autumnal themed products. And of course, the store was chock-full of Halloween displays and decorations. Everything from candies to door decorations to interior decor... If you're into that sort of thing. What I appreciated the most is how kind and friendly the staff was. While ringing up my purchase, the cashier asked about my upcoming vacation and offered some great recommendations for some of the places that plan to visit. As I was leaving, another one of the managers stopped to compliment me on my choice of luggage and engage me in a brief but enjoyable chat. As much as I appreciate an efficient transactional experience, I appreciate a engaging and personable experience that much more. It was a wonderful shopping experience, and I'll be returning for the vibes alone!

Each section was in it's own little area and racks were filled. Even though racks were filled, it was repetition for every single item they had to offer. With that, they weren't in order, sizes were mixed and I had to do an extensive search before finding my size in the item I had my eye on. Once I had found my item I headed to the front of the store and stood in a line that was longer than it should have been. I stood there for what felt like eternity. I would have had a decent time doing so, but that aisle of misfit items was not enticing.

They placed their clearance items in the front of the store which is convenient before getting to the back of the store. The only reason why I didn't give this store a full 5 is the staffing issues they are dealing with.
