Oftentimes we want something new without it being too unfamiliar. Perfect for someone like me who doesn't want baggy or cropped tops. Also.....this is one of the best places to go use the bathroom and lounge about for a bit. A guaranteed clean place to do your business!

*This review is for online pickup orders*…read more If you happen to not know, you can purchase Nordstrom department store items online for pick up at any Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack location. This is such a convenience! And you can also return Nordstrom department store items at a Nordstrom Rack location. However, this does not work the other way around; i.e. items purchased at Nordstrom Rack have to be picked up, and returned, at a Nordstrom rack location. So as of now-this is my go to store location for Nordstrom online purchase pickups! Parking is plentiful, but the lot stays packed with moderate to heavy traffic flow. Walking into the store, there is a huge sign on the back right wall that states "Men's fitting room/Alterations/Online Pick up". I also noticed stickers on the floor pointing in the same direction. However, since I wasn't at all familiar with this location, I walked passed a very small empty counter space and headed towards the wall sign, where another customer and I stood at the entrance of the men's fitting room for 10 mins. There was no one there and no one at the counter. It wasn't until the other customer walked away, and then finally flagged me down to join the line that was now forming at the small empty counter, that I knew where to pick up my orders. Point: it is not an obvious pick up counter, especially if no one is standing there. Also, I had two orders to pick up, but only one was confirmed ready for pickup, so I asked the customer service person about checking on the other order to see if it was also ready. They kindly stated that they would check, but wanted to take care of the other customers first (with confirmed ready for pickup orders). I complied, and started to browse the shoe department for about 20 mins. btw- the women's shoe dept didn't have a lot of options-perhaps already picked over from the holiday season. Finally, I found the same customer service person later on sorting through 'put back' items (from the dressing room, and returns from the registers), and asked again about my order, and they immediately said that nothing else was found for me, and my order may not have come in yet. I showed them my email that stated that my order was supposed to be ready for pick up today, and at the current time, it was four hours until store closing time. The customer service person then said that they will check again in the back. And To my surprise, they found my order, and they found another order that was supposed to be ready for a tomorrow pick up. So that was a very pleasant surprise. For the size and traffic through this store location, it is overall clean and neat. But the selection is overall lacking compared to other locations. However, it's a busy area, so great finds likely go fast. Highly recommend this location; just look for the small counter by the men's fitting room-and even press the service button (if it works) if there is no customer service person seen.

There is every aroma of hand lotion and soap, you can imagine. I love the different seasonal products. There are Fall scents and Halloween products. The Halloween products are on sale. I visited the Marshall's today looking for particular items…read more I was pleasantly surprised to find garments in my size and on clearance. I didn't notice one of the garments didn't have a price tag at all, and so when I went to the clerk to be rung up, she pointed it out. I told her that I got it from the same clearance rack, and that there were other garments on the rack of the same brand. She started speaking low and put it to the side; I was under the assumption that she would perhaps call an associate for assistance to find a similar item. No! She just put that item to the side! I told her, I still wanted it, and if it was possible to get something similar. The other garment set I was rung up for was the same price - clearance - and same THING - right down to the quantity in the set! It was just not the same brand. She then shrugged her shoulders and offered a sheepish smile, and I just took that as my indication that I was going to have to get this item myself. So I went - walk of shame - while there were associates in the area who were on walkie and could have easily been communicated with to find an item - to find it myself. I initially became frustrated when I returned to the queue and found it to have accumulated quite a line. I was relieved to see that the clerk waved me back to my spot - though I'm not sure if the customers in front of me were going to be serviced or were communicated with in any capacity... Asides from the lack of initiative from customer service - the merchandise selection is pretty broad and there is are generous clearance deals throughout the store. I was able to find what I was looking for and some things that crossed my mind.

But this location was on the lacking side. They only had, from what I could find, a milk crate with a few LPs and those new mini EPs. What took up a lot of this space was a beauty section. Are they pivoting in what they offer? I mean it felt like the beauty section was taking over about half of the store. I did browse the clothing real quick but wasn't really feeling it. I made my way back out into the mall and continued my day. No LP for me.

But, funny enough, my daughter really liked some of their clothing too. I liked their accessories. They had cute plush pillow animals, pretty purses, and some cups with cute sayings. It is a large store, but the dressing rooms were small and cramped. I was not impressed by the quality of the clothing. It is definitely,one season wear and you are done. I will say they were very trendy and stylish. My granddaughters got some tops and a purse. There were only a few salespeople, so you were pretty much on your own. The store was well stocked.
