Placed an order on 8/18 and selected 2-3 day shipping with full understanding of the 1-3 day processing time. On 8/21 I sent an instagram message to ensure that the order will ship on time. The message was sent at 7:30am eastern time. They are supposed to be in the same time zone. No response. Which is sketchy because they were very responsive prior to the order being placed. But of course they were. Followed up Saturday afternoon. Still nothing. Then Sunday afternoon an inbox response asking for a contact number. As a boutique owner myself, I've given Nalu Boutique more than enough grace. I'm always amazed at how people can single handedly sabotage their own business. The first time I shopped with them, they sent me a shipping notification that my item had been shipped. I tracked it for days and it stated that USPS had yet to receive the package. I contacted them and whoever I spoke with had the audacity to lie to me, telling me that my item had indeed been shipped despite it not having an acceptance scan by USPS. He assured me that I would receive it promptly and sometimes the USPS acceptance scan would not update until later. LIES. It finally received an acceptance scan 1 week from the original shipment email. Long story short, I didn't receive my package until 2 weeks later. Against my better judgement, I ordered from them again recently. I'm happy to report that they're still up to the same tricks. I am only posting one star, because there was a time where I was satisfied with this company about a year ago. However, I came back to shop again, and the service was terrible. I placed an order to be delivered where I would be staying temporary Lee. Based on the time frame, it should have arrived during my stay on vacation. After multiple back-and-forth communication, they informed me the package was delivered and someone signed for it. Mind you, I was on vacation and I have no idea who is at the house. I sent screenshots of all of the emails that I sent and requested that they send me the merchandise to my permanent address or to issue a refund.
