I wear a medium or a 10 in 90% of items I purchase elsewhere and I couldn't button up the pants. (Made for extremely small waist and very wide hips). The jackets were both oversized! I am only posting one star, because there was a time where I was satisfied with this company about a year ago. However, I came back to shop again, and the service was terrible. I placed an order to be delivered where I would be staying temporary Lee. Based on the time frame, it should have arrived during my stay on vacation. I sent an email a few hours after placing my order to check whether or not it's been shipped and I did not get a response. After a couple of days, I realized I haven't received a shipping notification yet which indicated to me that I would not be getting my package while I was on Vacation. I emailed them informing them that I needed to change the shipping address or to cancel the order. I never got a response back I sent a total of six emails and call the number that is listed on the email and never got a response. Three weeks later I received a notification stating that my package would be delivered that very day. When I look at the shipping history, it appears that the package was shipped two days prior. I sent an email again letting them know I was no longer at the address as it was a rental property.. I still never got a response. I finally got the idea to send a message on Instagram. I did receive a response that way. Initially, they said they would look into my order. After multiple back-and-forth communication, they informed me the package was delivered and someone signed for it. Mind you, I was on vacation and I have no idea who is at the house. I sent screenshots of all of the emails that I sent and requested that they send me the merchandise to my permanent address or to issue a refund. At that point, I was still willing to take what I ordered because I didn't want the items and I also wanted to support the business. After not getting a response, I simply requested a refund. They informed me that they would not be refunding me insinuating, that I am a thief of some sort who took the merchandise and wanted my money back. I have no reason to do such thing I literally showed all of the communication where I emailed on multiple occasions informing them that I was no longer at the address. They refused to issue a refund and they refused to ship me the items. The first time I shopped with them, they sent me a shipping notification that my item had been shipped. I tracked it for days and it stated that USPS had yet to receive the package. I contacted them and whoever I spoke with had the audacity to lie to me, telling me that my item had indeed been shipped despite it not having an acceptance scan by USPS. He assured me that I would receive it promptly and sometimes the USPS acceptance scan would not update until later. LIES. It finally received an acceptance scan 1 week from the original shipment email. Long story short, I didn't receive my package until 2 weeks later. Against my better judgement, I ordered from them again recently. I'm happy to report that they're still up to the same tricks. My initial purchase was made November 21,2020 for a vibrant purple hooded sweatsuit with gathered pants. The sweatsuit I received is not what was advertised or purchased online. The sweatsuit I received instead is a dull purple, has a zipper, loose leg pants, and appears to be of a more mature liking, definitely not compatible with the style advertised on Nalu Boutique's website or any of their advertising platforms. I have contacted Nalu boutique via social media, email, and phone. While I have spoken to Evelyn, store manager multiple times this problem has yet to be rectified, even after viewing items via requested pics and acknowledging fault. I will say that a return label was issued on January 8th but no further follow up since acknowledging the error, receiving my return, and a verbal agreement to replace goods. Not only has Nalu Boutique falsely advertised products but they have proven to not provide timely or satisfactory customer service on more than one occasion. I have allowed ample time for an adequate response of any sort and an opportunity to amicably fix the issue with no success. I have been continually misled, lied to, and taken advantage of at this point. I had no problem returning the items for a store credit, but a percentage of "MY" store credit was not refunded back to me due to "a restock fee of 17%" AND I have to use "MY" store credit within a certain time frame or else it expires. For me, with the quality of clothes, terrible packaging AND price!!! I found those policies to be a no go. I wouldn't recommend Nalu's Boutique to anyone. The website is put together nicely and it gives Lux. Especially for the price. But anything else past that, was a fail for me. I did receive my store credit in a timely manner. The 17% was deducted and then some from "MY" store credit. My new purchases weren't any different in quality from the first set. I ended up just giving the Items away.
