Great outlet, super organized helpful staff....but and it's a big BUT if you are buying a gift for someone the return policy is horrible. Horrible in the time limit, 2 weeks (better live close by) so if you buy something on May 1st for your friend's birthday on May 14th you are shit outta luck If it doesn't fit or they don't like it. Let's assume you are buying a gift last minute for a friend, buy it on May 1st, give it to them on the 2nd and again, it doesn't fit, they don't like it whatever, you go to return on May 3rd and you can only exchange it. You can only exchange it while you are there. Not get a credit back to your form of payment, not even get a giftcard. You are shit out of luck again because you're friend is at work, you work, but no that is your only option. Total BS way to run a retail store even an outlet. read more

The staff provide great service and are always cordial. They do not follow behind you as if they are anticipating theft although that is common in high end stores. They really embrace their customers. read more

I am a fan of this store. It has more men's clothing selection then even their regular store in Tysons Galleria. I was able to find some really good deals on one of their shirts and coat here. They have their classic shirt and long sleeve polo shirts here (man I remember when their short sleeve polo shirts were $125 and long sleeves were $195 back in the days) for a discount too. Decent amount of handbags, their famous quilted ladies coats, and ladies apparel too. I know I hear from many people that designers having outlets cheapens the product (ie. Louis Vuitton does haven't any), but I think it's great and helps people to liken the brand enough to warrant buying other items in the future and create brand loyalty. read more

I made a trip to this location to see what I can buy since I love the brand. The mens section had a lot of selections. Shoaib Khalid greeted & welcomed me to the store and showed me the styles Burberry had at the time and helped with the sizes depending on the item. I ended up purchasing more than expected. I went in here a few weeks ago and was greeted by Chloe. She was so kind and attentive and went above and beyond for me! I have had past experiences where the employees here are like sharks and made me feel uncomfortable and pressured so I would leave rather quickly. However, Chloe's energy was very welcoming and geniune. Even my mother-in-law agreed and she is not easy to please! (She was a manager at Saks before she retired.) I do not normally write reviews, but my mother-in-law insisted I do and we hope management can take note from Ms. Chloe and appreciate her wonderful energy! NEW I have been going to this place for few years now and the service has been continuously superb, considering I drive almost 2hours to get there . At first I met Shoaib, who made my shopping comfortable, his first impression is the reason I kept coming back , after a year or two, I met Selma oh wow then she just took the service to another level and am like wow these individuals are so passionate about the job then I met Nagra the store gaffer , oh my gosh she is the definition of outstanding customer service .. Went here to buy my first ever red, white, black, and camel check pattern known as the "haymarket check." I wanted to buy a Burberry trench/raincoat, never had one before and this would be the perfect time to get a good deal since winter is almost over and I was anticipating a big clearance sale. When I walked into the store, OMG!! Asian women everywhere, I thought I was in a Burberry store In Tokyo, old, young, and baby carriages, Asian language spoken everywhere. Never seen so much asian women shoppers in a clothing retail store. What is it about the Burberry label that attracts so many asian women, I dunno? This store is more suited for the women clientele. Not many to choose in men's section, very limited selections. The sales people are nice and willing to go all out to help you, probably work on a commission based. I never was able to buy a Burberry trenchcoat, I'll just stick to my regular cashmere long coat, I like my old coat. :) read more

Everything online says this store is open until 9pm. However, they actually closed at 7pm. We got there right at 7pm and they closed the doors and wouldn't let anyone in. We weren't the only people who came to the outlets for just this store. We drove over an hour to get here. Sorry to write this review about one of my favorite brand stores. My fiancé and I recently visited the store and it was our first time here to buy couple of perfumes and a watch. I was so annoyed by the staff that work here. Instead of helping us, the staff are more concerned about the people visiting the store. Especially the middle aged Indian/Pakistani/middle eastern looking store employees that were there. Not only their response was rude, but they cannot imagine a person of Indian origin shopping at a Burberry store. I could say this is profiling of Burberry customers by their race. I was very annoyed by the way they followed us and monitored us. If Burberry is really worried about theft of their products at their store. Do not open a store in a outlet mall and remind your employees that not everyone visits your store is a thief. If that is your opinion about certain race of people, let Burberry have better monitoring systems in place rather than annoying store employees. NOT EXPECTED FROM A PREMIUM BRAND LIKE BURBERRY..... I was looking for a classic dress shirt for my husband's birthday. Unfortunately his size was sold out . Hilin checked for me that she could order one from another location. She was on the phone for almost 15 minutes. Another sales lady offered me a nice bottle of water and a seat, which was very nice. Ok, right now I am beyond annoyed at this store. I went in with the intention of buying a bag and a coat for myself. I must have looked like I can't afford anything in the store because there was a sales associate that was with me the ENTIRE time following my EVERY STEP. She was so close to my personal space that I had to give her a look like "back off!" I left the store with nothing. Note maybe it was because I didn't have my Louie or Burberry on today or because I have a Nike hoodie and my hair was a mess because it was windy OR it could be because I'm Spanish and they think my people can't afford Burberry. I am thrilled with the customer service at this store! My husband purchased a purse for me - it's beautiful. When I went to unwrap the bag, I notice that one of the fasteners was missing, and the stitching on that side was coming apart. I was in town for a wedding (the weekend of the blizzard in DC, 2016) and had no time to make the 40 minute drive back to the store before heading back home to Canada. I called the store that night and suggested that they courier a new bag to me and I would return the damaged item to their local sales rep, or they could ship it to Canada (which would incur customs charges). I was told they would do their best to find a resolution and that I would hear from them in the morning. The following morning I heard from the regional manager. He offered to personally drive to my location with two new bags, exactly the same style (for me to choose) to process the exchange. He kept in touch with me throughout the day since my scheduled was ever changing with the bride, and at 6pm that night I had a new bag in hand. The manager was very kind and wonderfully professional through the entire situation. Without a doubt, 5 start customer service! Thank you Burberry, I'm highly impressed! read more

DO NOT LISTEN TO NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! I originally went in today to purchase a tie. Upon entering I was immediately greeted by a sales associate. We spoke for a few minutes about their ties and they recommended I check out the coats and jackets on sale (extra discounted). While browsing another section I was greeted by a different sales associate who helped me match ties to certain shirts (color scheme). I made my way back to the jacket and coat section and found a Pea Coat that I've been holding off buying for a few years because I couldn't find the right fit. I prefer my jackets slim cut. To my COMPLETE surprise and SHOCK they had a black Pea Coat for a STEAL. I mean A STEAL ($349 down from $700). I tried it on and it fit like a glove. While there I was assisted by two other sales associates. The store was not empty by any means, and they were all friendly and encouraged me to try on a few more jackets since I was there. I tried them on and really didn't like the Duffle Coat (a little too much nova check showing for my tastes). Needless to say I tossed the ties since I didn't need (more of a want), and purchased the jacket. In all, my experience was warm, welcoming, and fun (a customer had on a faux fur coat and she let me pet it...I don't think her BF liked it too much but she told me I could). Maybe it's my dashing smile, but I had a great experience in the Burberry Outlet today. One of the sales associates even shook my hand as I was leaving the store. If I was a glutton I would have purchased the grey Pea Coat too, but black is all I need, AND WHAT A DEAL. They tried to push a $250 scarf on me as well, but I didn't see the point of spending 80% of my coat price on a flimsy scarf that can be had for $20 bucks (in another store, and another brand). I don't care if it takes one full year to make from the combed wool off the butt of a sheep. read more

Both the Customer Service and Product Selection at this store is Excellent. This should largely be credited to Nazia, Mahmooda, and the other members of the team. I have been to the 2 other stores in the DC Metro area and 2 others in northern California and I must say that this store is the Best among them. The level of attention and guidance that you receive at this store surpasses other Burberry stores, and even exceeds many other luxury product stores. Came in looking for a classic trench coat. Hands down an amazing experience. I came in after the gym so I wasn't dressed to impress. Usually when you go into a premium store underdressed you get treated poorly. My sales person Shoaib made my experience the best one I've had walking in dressed like a "bum". Service here not that great. The guy at the door was more concerned with greeting the customers rather than help me pick a wallet. He just swayed his hand and said, "This is all we have." He didn't bother to ask what I was looking for, etc. and I really wanted to purchase a wallet today. Another associate did help me but by then the damage was done. Please don't listen to the reviews. I was looking for a handbag with the burberry house check print. I had previously come to this store when it opened and they didn't have a great selection of handbags. Anyway, I live almost an hour away from here and decided to call just to check and see what they had in stock before driving all that way. Mahdi one of the people working there was SO unbelievably helpful. It's a Saturday so I know it can be busy and hectic in the store but he took the time to help me over the phone! I went in and spent over 1200 bucks. I will say the rest of the staff wasn't super friendly. But i certainly had a great experience thanks to Mahdi! read more

I came here last Friday wanting a new quilted jacket for the winter. Right when I walked in I told one of the sales associates what I was looking for and she found something that was perfect for me! Unfortunately the zipper broke only a few days later when I wore it out for the first time. When I called the store and talked to Magra the manager about my options, she was beyond customer service oriented and went above and beyond my expectations. I was worried I was going to have to drive to the Burberry store, which is over an hour from my place. Instead they overnighted me a brand new jacket. Customer service is something that is lacking overall in the retail industry these days. It was so refreshing to see how accommodating they were here at this store.
