Now it's another three week wait to see if they get it right this time, plus additional time for the in store alterations. Not custom to me. What a shame. This used to be a really great store, but apparently no more. BTW, if you see a sale on their web site they no longer give that discount in store; full price there.

He was thorough when he helped us and provided kind and helpful recommendations. My son got a great rental for an excellent price. Ian also helped us with 2 suits that were on sale. The service isn't the greatest either, I was told to go to multiple counters back and forth to return an item, until a manager from the shoe department finally completed the return. They still carry the same variety of items ranging from perfume/cologne, clothes, shoes, luggage, etc. Since this location is relatively smaller (than other nearby Macy's), it is easier to navigate through the different departments.
