At the main entrance they had a table full of earrings and other jewelries with sale signs. This is definitely a great way to draw people in! They have a wonderful selection of Indian clothes (mostly lehengas) and jewelry. They have other items ranging from ready-made blouses, Short tops, men's clothing, sarees. -Necklaces are $75+ -Lehengas are $200+ -Tops are $15+ I looked at some of the ready-made blouses, however didn't purchase any because I needed to make sure they matched my current outfits. Only when my husband gave one of the associates a stern look did she finally approach us, asking curtly if we wanted to see something. No greeting or friendly demeanor. Given the year is 2025, it's disappointing to experience such microaggressions. Nordstrom Rack, consider hiring staff who provide better customer service at this location.

My friend and I went to several stores/boutiques and experienced the grueling act of trying on dress after dress only to find overpriced bad quality dresses or nothing at all. My friend purchased a dress she felt was "a steal" because she was told it was designer and loved it. Afterwards they added so many charges for every little item that she left with her dress trying to think of solutions. We found ZAKAA and found their atelier was on site - the designer helped my friend to rework her dress into what she wanted and when we got there we realized just how much she got ripped off when we compared her "designer" dress to ZAKAA's beautiful gowns. My friend could have purchased 2 customized dresses by a real designer than what she left with from this other store. ZAKAA even worked in an alteration package for my friend which let me tell you NO ONE would ever do especially for a dress that isn't theirs! She came up with money saving plans and work to make this dress my friend's dream dress. She literally took a piece of fabric dress that didn't even have boning into a masterpiece! Another upside to this experience was when it was my turn to purchase a dress I knew exactly where to go. I was able to put together a customized dress with the designer and have a packaged alternation deal, flat price for everything, that was VERY fair based on the insane amounts others quoted us. To…read morestart, I had a very bad sales representative who took incorrect measurements, gave me incorrect information and started this mess which the owner and designer had little intention of fixing. The measurements for my bust were way too small. My chest was spilling out during the wedding and even after attempts and requests to fix the issue, the designer told me if I made any further alterations it would become a completely different dress than her design concept and would not do it. The sales rep told me the alterations were included , it was not, although I did like my seamstress and she did her best. Still it was on Me for not reading the contract, because it clearly was not included. The sales rep was incorrect in the timeline which made this all rushed. She said it could be done in 3/4 months which I was later told was very uncommon and likely lead to some of these issues. The sales rep I initially worked with was fired, but Zaaka had little interest in making up for these issues. What bothers me is all this with the veil cost almost $10,000 which is a lot for a dress and in the end, I didn't look great. The entire wedding I felt insecure because of the spillage in my chest, and the bodice being too tight. It was just too expensive to three years later still wish I went in a different direction.

It's an outdoor shopping mall which makes it perfect for strolling with lots of space. Lots of outdoor seating and they have plenty of options for food. I wasn't pleased with the bathrooms but that's to be expected in public spaces like this. I was surprised that almost every store we went in had some sort of sale but happy to see some real sales! Overall I enjoyed a day of shopping and finished with a pretzel and refreshing lemonade from Aunty Annie's.

There are fewer customer service counters in each department. There is one main counter dedicated solely for returns; however, specific items (skincare, cosmetics) should be returned to the corresponding counter. The service isn't the greatest either, I was told to go to multiple counters back and forth to return an item, until a manager from the shoe department finally completed the return. They still carry the same variety of items ranging from perfume/cologne, clothes, shoes, luggage, etc. Since this location is relatively smaller (than other nearby Macy's), it is easier to navigate through the different departments.

She very appropriately said she would have the manager call back to not credit my account but to provide a store credit to buy other items. I felt that it would be fine. Needless to say I never received a call back. I ended up calling explaining my situation to the manager and being told there was nothing to be done to accommodate me. I would say I'm hesitant to return and if I do I would not buy any luxury/designer handbags... Only I terms maybe under $30-40 dollars or whatever you are willing to gamble with. Wish they could have provided better service.
