The work blazer I ordered arrived extremely wrinkled but it fits well and looks good. One thing I like about Torrid is that the clothing size is usually consistent and does not change depending on the designer. Their clearance section gave me a headache because items are either placed too high up to reach or they are tangled up with other clothes. Highly unlikely to shop with them again unless they start offering better online and in-store sales. What sucks is that I cannot use Torrid points on sales Items.

I have never had to take these pieces to a tailor to repair a hem or seam that came apart due to quality issues. This store was wonderful. I usually buy pieces online but it was a treat to come in and try on so many pieces in person. Ebony was a delight to work with and she was very knowledgeable about the pieces, the different options, and how to dress items up or down. It was really fun to try on so many items and purchase pieces right there. I will make a point to stop by whenever I'm back in DC.

Regarding customer service, there weren't any staff around to offer help or answer any questions. They have a selection of Indian clothes (mostly lehengas and salwar kameezes) and jewelry. They have other items ranging from glass bangles, dupattas/scarves, ready-made blouses, Short tops, men's clothing, sarees. -Lehengas are $80+ -Salwar Kaameez are $85+ I looked at some of the salwar kameezes however didn't purchase any until I can figure out when i would wear it!
