At the main entrance they had a table full of earrings and other jewelries with sale signs. This is definitely a great way to draw people in! They have a wonderful selection of Indian clothes (mostly lehengas) and jewelry. They have other items ranging from ready-made blouses, Short tops, men's clothing, sarees. -Necklaces are $75+ -Lehengas are $200+ -Tops are $15+ I looked at some of the ready-made blouses, however didn't purchase any because I needed to make sure they matched my current outfits. I had plenty of time to find other veils but I wanted the one they had so I figured 2-5 weeks was plenty of time to hear back and receive my product. If you're out of state or trying to place an order online with them I would stay away. They are very negligent.

Terrible alterations, terrible service, and zero accountability…read more Mohini ruined my wedding dress and then refused to make it right. First, I gave a budget of $500 and was sold a dress that cost nearly $1,000 while trusting staff to respect my budget. Red flag #1. The dress needed alterations to the chest and sleeves. What I received back looked unfinished, with visible white fabric, gaps in the beading, and obvious flaws in the design. Mohini's defense is that I signed a form authorizing alterations. That's absurd. Signing off on alterations is not signing off on shoddy workmanship. No reasonable customer expects a wedding dress alteration to leave exposed fabric and missing decorative details. The zipper disaster is what ultimately ruined my wedding. About a week before my ceremony, I took the dress out of the garment bag as instructed and discovered that although the dress fit, the zipper separated when zipped. I immediately called Mohini and was told to bring it in. I drove nearly two hours to the store the next day, only to find out nobody was available to repair it. Had I been told that on the phone, I would not have made the trip. At that point my wedding was only five days away. I had no choice but to leave the dress and return again. Mohini repaired the zipper and called me the following day, but I couldn't make it before closing. My fiancé eventually picked it up for me. When I tried it on the morning of my wedding ceremony, it no longer fit. The replacement zipper had made the bodice significantly smaller. The result? I couldn't wear my wedding dress. I had to wear a simple cotton dress for my ceremony, cancel my photographer, and wear a navy dress for my reception. After the wedding, I requested a refund. Instead of taking responsibility, management dodged me and argued in circles. They repeatedly insisted that "replacing a zipper wouldn't change the size of the dress." Whether it should have or not is irrelevant--the dress fit before their repair and didn't fit afterward. This was one of the most disappointing customer experiences I've ever had. Poor workmanship, poor communication, and absolutely no accountability. There are plenty of other bridal shops in the same mall. I strongly recommend going anywhere else.

While I was deciding on a $1,550 dress and $450 veil, the owner made 2 comments that didn't sit with me well regarding the dress "It's your size and there aren't many options in your size," and then, as I stepped aside to make a phone call, added, "I need to know what you're going to do because I have to write this up." The pressure and tone were unnecessary and disappointing. There were also no price tags, and asking for prices resulted in vague responses. "It's Couture and expensive" In the end, I paid $50 to try on only a couple of dresses and left feeling rushed, limited, and discouraged. The measurements for my bust were way too small. My chest was spilling out during the wedding and even after attempts and requests to fix the issue, the designer told me if I made any further alterations it would become a completely different dress than her design concept and would not do it. The sales rep told me the alterations were included , it was not, although I did like my seamstress and she did her best. Still it was on Me for not reading the contract, because it clearly was not included. The sales rep was incorrect in the timeline which made this all rushed. She said it could be done in 3/4 months which I was later told was very uncommon and likely lead to some of these issues. The sales rep I initially worked with was fired, but Zaaka had little interest in making up for these issues. What bothers me is all this with the veil cost almost $10,000 which is a lot for a dress and in the end, I didn't look great. The entire wedding I felt insecure because of the spillage in my chest, and the bodice being too tight. It was just too expensive to three years later still wish I went in a different direction.

I returned a pair of shoes that I had not used, yet the assistant manager, Oprah, treated me with complete disrespect and accused me of wearing them. I politely asked her to walk with me to the shoe department to compare the condition of the returned shoes to others on the shelf -- many of which were slightly dirty underneath just like the pair I returned. She flat-out refused. Not because she was too busy, but because she knew I was right and still wanted to be rude about it. She yelled at me in front of other customers, saying the only option I had was store credit -- even though I had the receipt and paid with my debit card. I have never used those shoes, and I was being honest. Instead of handling the situation with professionalism, she was confrontational and disrespectful. I've shopped at Ross for years, but this was enough to make me never return to this location again. If this is how they treat honest customers, I can't imagine how they treat actual issues. They still carry the same variety of items ranging from perfume/cologne, clothes, shoes, luggage, etc. Since this location is relatively smaller (than other nearby Macy's), it is easier to navigate through the different departments.
